The lodge was cute and the rooms were nice and spacious. Loved the decor of the rooms.

In one of our rooms, bathroom wasn't flushed, upon arrival. The other room, the door didn't lock. The worker went above and beyond to stay contact maintenance to get it fixed asap.

Beautiful place

Had to ask for my room to be cleaned. Floors didn’t get swept or mopped during our stay. Nothing was refreshed not unless I asked. I thought rooms got cleaned everyday.

This room had recently been remodeled!! I love that there was no carpet on the floor. The room was big and super clean. Check in and room staff were great!!! I really liked staying at a Motor Lodge. It was so easy to grab my suitcase n walk about 6 feet into my room! I was really impressed with the cleanliness inside and out. The parking lot/outside area was the cleanest I have experienced.

The only thing j did not like was you could hear the people in the room above walking and dropping things. It was hard to get to sleep. We were in room number 1. It was right next to the stairs. You could hear people you go up and down the stairs. I will ask for a different room next time.

This was just an okay room. Great location. Room was pretty clean.

Too much $ for not having any accommodations at all. No ice machine here. The bed was fairly comfortable but it was squeaky. The shower is big and roomy but water is lukewarm only and hardly no pressure at all. We were a little early and was told our room was not ready. We went and ate and it still was not ready after time of check in.

Bathroom was fine.

Absolutely nothing in the room except a bed. No nite stand, no lamp, no chair. Tried to find someone to address issues, no one around. I have no idea how it got good ratings. So disappointed

The newly remodeled rooms were great. Clean and helpful staff.

Well it was under construction so Im guessing thats why facilities were limited like no ice. Our view was not what we had hoped for - faced the back not the mountains. But we were hardly there so it was ok.

The only sitting options in the room assigned to me were the bed and a footstool. This is not a comfortable experience for a 4 night stay. This could be improved by placing a chair in the room in place of a footstool.

The bathroom was a little cold.

Newly renovated rooms, code to get into the door and Apple TV. check in and check out were easy.

Beds were a bit stiff and uncomfortable, very thin walls. I could hear everyone’s conversation from the room next-door. upstairs guests kept walking and making the floor squeak all night so that was very annoying. They didn’t have hand soap when we stayed

The room was clean and well put together. Check in and check out was easy, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I liked the personal touches with the mugs for the coffee, and the way it was decorated made it feel homey.

There was no door on the bathroom, which made pooping really awkward for everybody. Also, there were no black out shades and the outside lights were really bright. We didn’t have any soap for the sink. Other than that we loved it!

weird tv no local news/weather just hard to use apple tv with pluto app. shades let in lots of light from landing & parking. not much nearby this far south except neighbors dogs and rooster. note the original sign says taos motel not motor lodge

bathroom and shower and vanity were nice and new. shower was great. internet was reliable.

there was a door sized window near the front door with no shade to block a ridiculous amount of artificial light from the walkway. none of the shades in the room were adequate to block any light .

Needed blackout shades in the windows, had a light in my eyes all night long from outside.

Nice motel, well decorated and comfortable. Very clean, with nice staff. The heater is a bit noisy but works well, so it's nice and warm in the room.

Weirdly, in our bedroom the TV is on the side of the bed, might have been more comfortable to put it in front of the bed. The motel is a bit expensive regarding the services provided, but it seems that all the motels in this area are expensive.

The house management gave me the details I needed for our stay before our arrival which made it easy to get into our room quickly after a long drive. The room was updated and clean. The staff was attentive to a request upon arrival.

Great Motel. Likely one of the nicest "motels" I've stayed at. Everything is fairly recently renovated and it's seems like the staff are still trying to apply some of the final touches after opening. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Parking lot is tight, but no big deal.
