House was clean and had everything we needed, great views, plenty of space, loved the sauna and game room. Family had a great time bonding, we would definitely stay at this house again.

Where do I begin? From the ease of booking, updating the number of guests, to check-in to checkout the Blairs have thought of EVERYTHING! Erika was responsive from the moment I requested to reserve the gorgeous chalet at 3 in the morning. She stayed in constant communication and accommodated my request to add two additional guests post booking. Upon arrival everything was EXACTLY as advertised, or better than expected. For instance, there were more than enough toiletries, cooking essentials such as cooking spray, aluminum foil, FRESH creamer, half and half, etc. for our stay of 5 nights. There were 2 pack and plays and high chairs for my 11 month old granddaughter, which saved us from having to move them up & down the stairs or when dining on the outside area. The house was immaculately clean from top to bottom and fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, ice maker, sauna & hot tub ready to be used. The bathrobes and slippers were a great touch, but note that the bathrobes are NOT complimentary, as I mistakenly informed my family they were. But, Erika provides a thorough checkout process informing you of this...I unfortunately did not read it until AFTER we'd checked out. Erika was still gracious, kind and told me not to worry about it,VRBO's insurance would cover the cost, so definitely take the insurance if booking your trip with VRBO. This has been the best Massanutten vacation my family and I've had and Mountain Escape's expansive layout and amenities helped make it possible!

Property was neat and clean. Everything was perfect. Had lot of fun! The host was replying quick with any issues.

Host was wonderful and the stay was perfect! I can't wait to return in the fall.

This was the perfect location for our ski vacation this winter at Massanutten. There was plenty of gathering space, comfortable beds, and a nice, updated, well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed using the sauna, but it seemed as though the hot tub needed a thorough cleaning. Overall, I would definitely book this place again - it would be great for the summer months as well!

The beautiful mountain views from the very spacious screened in sunroom was my favorite. My children loved the game room and karaoke. The house was spacious. The driveway was very steep but with good weather it was no problem. Would definitely need AWD in the winter.

The location was excellent. It was wonderful waking up to the sound of nature. The home was cozy, everything was advertised properly and the host was attentive. Would recommend, and stay again!
