Before arriving in Fano we had freqent contact with Nikolaj who was very helpful with information about what to do in Fano and the surroundings. The house was perfect for our family of 18 people. A lot of time was spent by the pool and the kids loved it! A modern kitchen made it easy to cook dinner. Lirim who is the janitor and lives in the house is very helpful when you need him. Overall a perfect week in Fano.

We stayed at the villa for a week, a family of 21. Everyone enjoyed the time there as there was a plenty of room for everyone and a lot of amentities for the kids. The pool was clean and nice and a great place to hang out. Nik and his team get a 5 star rating. Very responsive and ready to answer all our questions. Highly recommend this place.

We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

As a Group of seventeen 18-year-olds a perfect estate. Tennis court, ping-pong and pool in perfect condition. 30 minutes on foot to the beautiful beach. Outstandingly polite staff.

We were a group of 4 families. 8 adults and many mor kids!! We all enjoyed our time at the villa very much. The kids and adults all enjoyed the tennis, basketball, ping pong and pool! The layout of the villa is terrific. Room for everyone. Nik and his Team though really set this property apart from any other we’ve stayed. They are supper attentive and answer any questions immediately. We made requests for wine tasting, truffle hunting and even about adopting a dog and Nik made amazing recommendations! Anything we needed he and his team were on it! We couldn’t recommend staying here more! Thank you Nik and team!!

We came to the Villa with a group of friends in our late 20‘s and had a great time! The outdoor area is very nice and there’s always something fun to do with the large pool, the tennis and basketball, the table tennis and so on. There‘s also some fig trees and a nice view on a valley of olive trees, perfect for a sundowner. The rooms inside are clean and the Villa has kept some of its old charm. The communication with Nik was exceptional, he is extremely helpful and provided us with additional flexibility due to the Covid situation. Marco and Lirim are both very decent as well.

Wonderful house for a big group of people! We spent the week together with 22 people, out of 12 were children between the age of 5 and 18. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful and functional place with relaxed and comfortable rules. Small details like soap in all the bathrooms and detergents for laundry were highly appreciated. Also the possibility for recycling was great. The tennis and fetherball rackets were well used, beautiful and quiet surrounding neighbourhood was nice to get to know by running. The host was discrete, kind and efficient. Fano is a beautiful and intresting small town with a nice distance from the house. If you want to make it even better, get the stairs to the tennis court fixed and arrange more and smaller (would fit better to the dishwasher!) normal drinking glasses to the kitchen! We were a group of students and had a blast staying at the house. The owner was really nice, check-in and out was easy and the house was perfect for everything we needed :)

Everything was wonderful!

We booked this property for 15 adults of varying ages and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all. The swimming pool was cleaned every day and although not heated, we enjoyed using it daily. It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and nearest supermarket. The Owner of the house messaged with details needed and other info he though that would be helpful. His communication was really good. Lirim came everyday to clean the pool and remove rubbish and again he was very friendly and helpful. We hired Marisa to teach us how to make pasta, which is worth doing and also to cook us a 3 course meal...again excellent and worth doing. I would recommend this house..it is definitely 5*

Myself and my friends absolutely loved our stay. The villa was lovely with a beautiful outdoor area. Fano, the town, was also great and in walking distance from the villa. Marco was discreet and very charming along with Lirim who helped us with anything we needed. So glad we chose this villa and hope to be back! The stay at this stunning villa was absolutely wonderful. To begin with the location (although a slight walk from Fano town - 20/30minutes) was beautiful. The surrounding area of rolling hills and orchards created a lovely scenery. The villa itself came very well prepared for the number of guests (22) that we had - which is not an easy feat! Anything that was missing or needed at any point was kindly organised by Lirim, an extremely helpful man who also tidied the swimming pool area every day. Furthermore, Nik ensured that our trip went totally smoothly and was very easily reachable at any time for advice and guidance. I could not recommend this villa and host more. Thank you Nik!
