My teen daughters and I rented this cottage from Sunday to Saturday the third week in June. The cottage was cute and clean. My daughters slept in the separated bedroom/studio and enjoyed the separate space. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was comfortable. The indoor shower is quite small, but I really enjoyed the outdoor shower. It is big, great water pressure, and it was open air. Nice to shower under the blue sky. The patio was nice as well. This is a small cottage but it suited us and our needs. We liked the location. On the quieter side for the Cape, and near Marconi Beach on the ocean side. We also went to Ryder Beach and Indian Neck Beach on the bay side. I do think the shrubbery could be trimmed back a bit, but it does add to the charm and privacy of the place. There is a nice gas grill to use and I enjoyed that.

This property was as described. I have one suggestion to the owner/ property manager, the bushes are way overgrown. It’s difficult to see the cottage and you have to maneuver around them along the walkway to the door.

Nicely updated little house was a great fit for me and my dog. Did not use the separate guest room which is basically a bed with washer/dryer next to it. Kitchen is great with new fridge, range, floor, cabinets, etc. Bath room is also nicely updated (love the skylight) but it is small. Not a criticism but more of a heads-up that the shower is very small. Location was fine by me. All sides of property are sheltered from neighbors with fencing & trees/shrubs. You can hear some traffic on the nearby Rt. 6, but it's tucked back enough to not be an issue. Outdoor shower looked amazing (big!) but I was there before the weather got hot enough to use it. Overall a very nice, quaint and super clean house. I'd go back.

It is an unusual place but we enjoyed our stay. The Wellfleet location was great for exploring the mid and outer cape. There were beautiful new appliances and the interior was spotless. Some things were stored in unusual places, and we never found a dustpan. The property is very overgrown interfering with access to the house and the outdoor shower. The indoor shower was smaller than expected and my spouse had difficulty using it The directions to the property could be more specific. We arrived after dark and had difficulty finding since there were no lights on the road or in the area. We would definitely consider renting from DelMar again.

Excellent design of house and surrounding area. We enjoyed staying here and set up another week next year. TV should be hung better, Add an electric outlet.

Overall I liked the accommodations and the cleanliness. Great sheets and towels and washing machine but furnishings were a bit worn, especially the outside. Plates were chipped and I almost got burned when the handles fell off the large pot filled with boiling water. I did love the garden and overall location . These minor upgrades would really make the place outstanding.

Enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The location to the National Seashore was excellent. The bike trail access was across the street at the Marconi Beach entrance. The fenced-in yard was perfect for my dog! It was nice that he could enjoy some freedom during his stay :) The only thing that I would note is that there wasn't a dresser or luggage rack in the studio. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Had a problem with a faulty smoke detector, alarming first at 3 am. We disabled it and called DelMar the next day. Technician came when we were out and just put the faulty one back up, so it was alarming again at 7 pm.
