I enjoyed staying at this property for one month. The location was perfect. It was attractive. I would stay here again. I was surprised, however, at the sparseness of kitchen equipment (no toaster, one tiny frying pan, no spatula, no sharp knives, only plastic dishes, no iron or ironing board). I was also surprised to find no furniture on the patio or balconies and an unheated pool. I will read more carefully next time. The property manager sent me the wrong directions for checking in and did not show up for an appointment to fix the screen doors that didn’t work. Because the sliding door leading to the parking spaces didn’t lock and had to have wood placed in the track to secure it, I had to walk around the building to my car every time I went somewhere instead of across the small patio. The kitchen appliances and cabinets were nice. The bathrooms and washer and dryer were nice. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have bedroom dressers. Everything was freshly remodeled except for the carpeting on the stairs and second floor. I believe the owner could do a few more small things to make this a 5-star rental.

Could not get in upon arriving due to no key in the lock box, key was in a second lock box but did not have combination, eventually got in. The unit was cold upon arriving & the thermostat was not user friendly at all, a smart thermostat system, had to wait the next day for system to be reprogramed. The cable TV system was faulty, sound kept cutting in & out on all channels the entire stay there. The kitchen could use a few more items stocked such as a set of coffee mugs, set of wine glasses, set of smaller glass tumblers. Otherwise was a very nice stay, good location & price.
