We loved staying here and will definitely stay again on our next trip. There were so many special touches and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We highly recommend!

My family enjoyed this cozy mid century modern gem. We loved gathering by the pool and the beautiful, expansive yard. The soft lighting made the atmosphere special while hanging out on the comfortable sectional couch in the living room. My daughter had some work to catch up on and was able to use the office right off the living room so she could still be connected to the rest of the family. The bedding was comfortable and house was super quiet and so we were well rested for the day. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed this house, it was perfect for our family and it was just as advertised. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the smell of the house. While you could tell it was clean, the house had a moldy, musty smell. The A/C did not circulate as it should and the smell was very strong as soon as you came in the door. It was as also kind of stuffy at night. Other than that, Julie was very quick to respond and we had no issues. Our family enjoyed the pool and the overall stay.

we had a blast swimming in the pool, eating under the pergola, the dogs loved the grass and we were totally relaxed for a full week. LOVED IT

We had such a wonderful time!! Super clean, beautiful home! We enjoyed ever minute of it. Julie was such a pleasure to work with and took care of us and made us feel like family. We will definitely come back

We had a fantastic stay!! Julie was wonderful! The house was beautiful and spotless. We floated in the pool for two days and had many options for meals and shopping close by. We look forward to staying in “the birdhouse” again and again. Thank you!

Our stay was great….it was perfect for my granddaughter and a couple of her teammates for a 3 day softball clinic…. And my daughter and myself….Just 15 min drive to complex…the house was wonderful…. Clean… comfy beds….stocked with everything you could need…. Just bring clothes and groceries….the outdoor space was beautiful and so relaxing and full of nature…..the house was comfy cozy…..just felt like home. Julie was quick to respond and sent us all the info we needed and check in was a breeze. Would stay again if needed a place in that area.

We stayed for a baseball tournament for out of town. We had a pleasant stay and had great communication with Julie. We had our dog and the yard is perfect for animals.

Very nice & clean property. Julie was also very attentive to made sure our stay was pleasant. Very nice outdoor area as well. Highly recommend this property!!

The house was clean and confortable until check in email . I didn't realize it had an apartment being rented because it's in the narrative of listing and easily overlooked. They could be heard playing music downstairs. Location was convenient for the stay with plenty of local ammenities close by. Check in was difficult as we didn't receive our door code. It was cold and raining while being outside trying to reach the owner for help. Had to call vrbo hotline for help. Once I was able to reach the owner after about 30 to 45 minutes the code wouldn't work but the situation was finally corrected that day. The code stopped working again a few days later and had to reach out to get let in at night time.

It was an overall great stay, however the lower unit had about 12 people at one point, a dog and a baby, so we did have to sleep on the couch to get enough quiet to be able to sleep.
