in booking .com its mentions private beach, but its a public beach, when checked after booking with property, it was mentioned that beach is just 550m away in reality beach is 2 kms away from property it’s mentioned air conditioned apartment but only 1 room in the apartment has air conditioning and it was suggested for 5 adults even on top of that ac was running on its own no change in the settings was possible location is very congested and parking , taking in taking out a suv is really challenging in short thing are incorrectly mentioned in booking.com about this property and also incorrect info is given after booking no property contact is provided before booking to cross check with the property and booking is only non refundable if cancelled. on top of it staff was arguing with me on many points to prove how correct they are even after showing booking . com advert in nut shell its not at all value for money and very bad experience overall. price is also too high for the facilities provided

the location was good the personal was Ok

the bath room was dirty the kitchen also the sinks were not clean the toilet fittings to keep essential like toothbrush and soap dish was not present a few minor changes can make the place very good to stay. hope they do take these suggestions.
