Room service was good. Brought us water and towels each day. They let us pick one of three rooms. It was decent value for money. Pillows and bed were great. They had the facilities they advertised and provided us with extra amenities we requested during our stay.

Breakfast was terrible. I have never seen a smaller breakfast selection. Location was terrible. Super busy roads and train station next door, impossible to sleep if you are light sleeper. Constant smog and bad smelling air. Staff were below average. Somewhat rude (hanging up the phone on us, overcharging us on our stay) and very unprofessional (ask multiple times for Wifi and items in the room and never received them). They were very poor in communication. I accidentally dropped an item and looked under the bed. THERE WAS A USED PLATE THERE. It was so disgusting. The staff was sleeping on reception couch when we arrived back to the hotel at night. Wifi was terrible. Kept disconnecting and extremely slow. The water pressure in the shower was weak and changed from hot to cold constantly. There were cracks in the wall, scuff marks everywhere, dirty windows. The porter made us carry all our own bags, even though my partner recently had wrist surgery. Not how they are classified as 4 stars and have any good reviews. All my friends in Vadodara have never even heard of this hotel (even though it has been running for 1.5 years) and it shows. Go anywhere else for slightly more.

The hotel is huge and well equipped, staff very courteous and friendly , rooms and bathrooms neat and clean, location was excellent just next to the railway station

Everything is good about this property. It is just next to railway station and in the same building as bus terminus. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are good too. This is the first property I have seen where the passages are so wide that you can take your morning walk on the floor itself. The breakfast spread was good and had good variety. The staff was polite and provided everything we needed promptly. There was not much paperwork required for check-in. There are various restaurants around this property and eating out is not a problem. One of the gate of Sayaji Baug is not very far. There is a theatre nearby too. I would definitely recommend this property. (The only thing is that our room no 517, did not have any window. But there are rooms with windows too.)

I am solotraveller and frequently teavel for business purpose across India. I like the ambiance and cleaniness of the hotel. Its value for money and highly recommand to other. Its affortable. I will stay in this hotel whenever i will visit to Vadodara.

It was clean, convenient as it was close to the railway station and airport. The in -room dining facility was also helpful.

Everything was good except the dinner in-room Service could start around 6:30 and not 7:30 pm.

The reception staff understands your need. Clean rooms.

Location is just opposite Vadodara Station. Rooms are decent sized and clean.
