This was a beautiful space. More spacious than I was expecting. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The door for entering the place is difficult to get shut but locking it did just fine. Gorgeous views. Had a little issue with checking in but it was quickly resolved with a call to the owner. It seemed to have been just a miscommunication between the owner and housekeeping. Parking was atrocious however. The building should rethink it's parking lot. If possible a small parking deck would help. One parking pass for a 3 bedroom place is slightly ridiculous and the parking lot is not made for bigger vehicles. The pool and deck area were unusable due the hurricane that recently went through,which is understandable, however it was not communicated to us before hand. I would definitely stay here again when taking only 1 car is an option for us.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, plenty of room and steps to the beach. Had everything we could need. Very family friendly with lifeguards on the beach during the day.

We had a great time on our vacation and thoroughly enjoyed Garden City Beach area!

The penthouse was amazing. Very spacious and the views were incredible. The neighborhood was very friendly and close to many attractions. We did build up the courage to do the helicopter tour. The views of the moon on the ocean at night was breathe taking. I mean just feet away from the beach. Would definitely recommend this penthouse and we will be returning very soon.....

The condo was beautiful, gorgeous views of the ocean. We had great communication with the host. We would definitely love to stay there again!

The check in instructions were not complete. Upon arrival, you are supposed to call owner with intercom outside the building because the doors are locked to the lobby. Could not reach owner. Thank goodness I was able to get into the building because somebody was leaving. Then I take the elevator to the Penthouse floor and discover there are 4 Penthouse condos. I had NO IDEA which one I rented. It was nowhere on the check in instructions so I have to go door to door to find out which one had the key under the doormat. I tried to contact the owner several times during our stay. Left messages and NEVER got a return call. The parking for this building is horrible. We rented a 3 bedroom condo and you only get 1 parking space?? For that reason alone, I would not consider staying here again.

The condo was well laid out, well appointed and beautifully decorated. We loved being right on the beach with the sunrise waking us up! The kids had a great time in the pool and while playing in the surf found many live star fish of all sizes - a great memory.

My two girlfriends and I staying in this penthouse for 5 nights. The accommodations were excellent. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom and there is a nice laundry room. The bedrooms are very separate from each other and the overall condo is very roomy. We really enjoyed the spacious, private oceanfront balcony that had an outdoor sofa and cushioned chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit is clean and nicely decorated. The building is very secure. What a great getaway!

Very clean will everything you need right in the room. The views of the ocean is breath taking. It Plenty of room for our family of 8.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views. We brought the whole family down for ten days and there was more then enough room for all five of us. It’s gonna be hard to find a better place then this one. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is huge! Perfect location, the overall condo was not too large. Our two families stayed here very comfortably. Clean, organized, all with quality furniture/cabinets/decor. Small hiccups but communication with the owner was quick and easy. Multiple dolphin sightings right from the balcony :) Overall would definitely stay here again and again. No need to look any farther!

When we arrive and walked in, we really was taken about how nice the space is. Enough room for everyone. Also, the extra storage in the laundry room and closets was great. The condo was very nice and gave everyone a at home feeling. The location worked out as well. Would stay again in future trips back to the Myrtle Beach area.

This property is located in a more family friendly, quiet part of town. The space has breathtaking views with direct access to the beach. The fully furnished and live-in ready space was perfect for our family. The property manager answered questions right away, gave clear instructions, and made our stay super easy. Overall, the experience was excellent!
