Perfect stay, slightly smaller than we expected but still exactly what we needed. Check in as soon as we arrived and Glenn was really helpful. Entrance could do with a slight upgrade but when inside you couldn’t fault the place at all! Had a lovely time here!

Horrifying. We actually saw crawling bed bugs on the bed. Took videos and photos. This owner owns more that one unit in this building, so bed bugs can potentially be there as well. We spend 2 hours in the place, up until we were going to put our little daughter to bed (we traveled with 2 kids) when noticed a bed bug on the pillow next to her head. We had to find a hotel at 11pm at night. The chatty owner stopped communication completely after we sent him proof of bed bugs. He stated that we will be refunded. However, after that he stopped responding to our messages and emails. We still don’t have our refund. Besides the bed bugs, the place is sketchy and TINY. You cannot open one door without bumping into another. Literary. The bathrooms are so small that I could bately squeeze between the sink and the toilet (I am size 8). On top of that his helper, who opened the place for us, told us to not touch the remote from the heater/AC unit otherwise it would break. We didn’t. The heater stopped working anyway. The place was freezing. (We traveled in the end of February). In other bathroom we were told we’d have to open the tiny window on the ceiling every time after taking a shower. The latch was so high and old that the helper struggled when he was showing us how. One of the bedrooms literary only fits only the bed in it. That’s all. There is about 10 inches left between the walls and the bed so no way you can put ANYTHING else there. But again, all of the above is absolutely beyond the point, because this place is INFESTED with BED BUGS. We initially didn’t notice that this place hadn’t been reviewed for a while. We wish people would be honest about their stays to help the future travelers. In contrast, we had such a fabulous apartment in Porto with amazing hosts. These sketchy people should be removed from VRBO. Bed bugs travel back with you. We were so lucky we saw them right away. But ended up spending triple the price for the hotels. We hope this helps someone when choosing the place in Lisbon. We filed a formal complaint with VRBO. And we are taking actions through our bank to get the refund. The owner, to this day, has not responded to us at all.

Nice flat. Perfect for two people. Very narrow as usual in old Lisbon. Not good for elderly because of the very narrow and steep stairs. Good location, excellent assistance from the owner staff. We liked it very much.

We just got back from a wonderful stay in Lisbon at this perfectly located apartment. There were 4 of us and the apartment worked well, very clean and had everything we needed. Glenn is the perfect host who checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. This apartment is perfectly located just outside the busy zone with lots of great coffee shops and restaurants just around the corner. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Wonderful little apartment within 20 minutes walk of most tourist attractions in Lisbon. Glenn ( the owner ) responded to all our questions and even provided us with new glasses within 30 minutes of our request !The apartment was clean, well furnished, nicely set out. The bathrooms and bedrooms were particularly good. The five sets of stairs upto the apartment were steep and narrow, but well worth the climb !

Apartment was as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood in Principe Real, with easy access to main tourist areas.
