We had a few hiccups, breaker turned off on furnace and the electronic door lock batteries dying, but I was happy with the location. With not being able to lock our door on the morning of our behind the scenes tour at Kennedy Space Center, we missed our tour. It took two hours for them to tell me how to manually lock the door and by that time we couldn’t make it to Kennedy in time. We were in the villa for seven weeks, everything should have been checked before our arrival. The team member that came the second time about our furnace not working said that the breaker should have never shut off and took a picture to take back with him. Of course, it was a cold night with an iguana freeze warning. We also kept getting packages delivered to our address but they were not mine. I assumed they belonged to a neighbor because they disappeared. The villa was nice but could definitely use some love.

Property was nice, but definitely needs some attention. The doors on the shower do not stay on track, the ice/water machine does not work, the carpet is torn between the hall and the 1 bedroom which makes it hard to open and close the door. We found dirty socks under one of the beds, and an old soda bottle under the sofa. This made me question the actual cleanliness of the entire place. Concerning because you pay so much for the cleansing, but to have it not done and having to clean yourself before settling in then bringing to their attention with no Intrest in any type of discount was upsetting. Outside of that, the neighborhood is great, the community pool is nice, and a short walk. The key pad did stop working during our stay, and the attentiveness, and timely manor to fix it was great. Overall we were pleased, just some mishaps and cleaning concerns.

This property was perfect for us. The host was amazing and quick with responses when we needed her. Definitely recommend this place.

The property was very easy to rent, with changes or add on!! It looks just as the pictures did, a very pleasant stay, in pleasant neighborhood. My view every morning out that front door!!! Of course we didn’t come there to stay in the house much.

There were no face cloths, had to buy, Dishwasher did not work, the garbage disposal did not work, no ice trays, ice maker in fridge and water machine in fridge did not work. No table or umbrella on the deck. Front door did not lock had to leave each day through the back patio door leaving place open. Tv remote did not work. Lay thing is we were not told about people living next door that had 2 dogs that barked all day and everytime we went out to the pool. Would not shut up the whole vacation. I am sure there is something else but can't think of it.
