We had such a good time here! Short walk to beach and enjoyed watching the kids play volleyball and kickball in the courtyard as well as movie night! Pool was huge and not too crowded. Would definitely recommend!!!

Colony Reef Club is one of those places you want to keep to yourself, BUT also hope everyone gets to experience it at least 1 time.
The best aspect of Colony Reef Club is that every condo has an ocean view, and is only a short boardwalk stroll to the beach.
The front desk Agent 1 (N.N.) and the maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful to work with.
The grounds and condo are kept spotless.
The outdoor pool and hot tub area have an abundant amount of sun chairs and several shaded tables with umbrellas.
The unit we stayed in has a master bedroom bed that is just like sleeping on a cloud.
The condo was well-appointed with all of the conveniences in the kitchen including a single cup Keurig coffee maker.
The facility is only 12-15 minutes from the St. Augustine Historic area.
Colony Reef Club would be great for a family or just the two of you.
We plan to return.

The condo was exactly what our group needed. Great location for access to the beach and short drive to historic St Augustine. Property was clean and comfortable. Wonderful weekend.

This place had everything we wanted in one place. Ocean view from the unit, Private access to the Beach, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, pickle ball, basketball, ping pong and more! On site management was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. We are going back next year!

We arrived on December 23rd and our check-in was effortless. The condo & resort property was clean and as advertised. The kitchen had what we needed but we didn’t do much except heat up leftovers. The outdoor pool was beautiful and the hot tub was hot. The beach is wide there, and in late December, we had it almost to ourselves. The drive to the historic district was only around 6 miles - easy to get to but far enough away to avoid the crowds. We checked out on December 26, relaxed from a pleasant trip. We would stay here again!

We loved this condo. It was clean, well stocked, great AC, and plenty of room with 3 adults and 4 teens. The pool area is fantastic and the beach was amazing. The teens used the workout space and the grassy area for games. September is the best time on the beach and this condo made our stay even better. My only complaint is that communication is a bit confusing between the company and being given a person's name via VRBO but not having anyone to offer immediate assistance. If I messaged questions through VRBO, the response was slow. I really like having a person who I can text if issues arise.

Place wasn’t clean when we arrived had clothes from other quest. While we was cooking breakfast a worker showed up on our balcony and started power washing.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was very clean and exactly as listed, the location was perfect, and we will definitely try to return.

We had three adults and one teenager and had plenty of room for all of us. The balcony was large and had a good view of the courtyard, pool and ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and had both a drip coffee maker and a K cup. The keyless entry was super convenient. The gated property was quiet at night and felt very safe. Right on A1A near highway 206 so easy to get to. Would stay here again. Happy travels!
