Close to the ballpark, which was our reason for the stay. The area was convenient to main streets and easy to find. The house was comfortable and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We come to Northwest Arkansas yearly for grandson's baseball tournaments. We usually stay in hotels but decided on vrbo this time and found this jewel of a house! Comfortable and inviting with the rich jewel tone decor. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens, beds Comfortable, quiet even though next to busy intersection. Would definitely visit again and recommend for a family. Only drawback was one bathroom, but we definitely made it work. Give a solid 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Much effort has gone into renovating this house. It is quite funky, as stated in the name. The location for us was perfect because it was near my son's house. It is a little noisy at night due to being near the road, but the owner has many white noise machines to mask it. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly when I asked for a list of things to do in the area--and he provided lots of great and helpful information!

House was exactly as described! The inside has been redone and is decorated super cute! I needed a full kitchen and they had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our visit with our daughter at the University of Arkansas. It was about 20 minutes from the school and out of the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of Fayetteville. The house was very comfortable and the hosts had provided everything that you may need for your stay. There is some traffic noise from the adjacent road, but it wasn't anything that ruined the trip.

Clean, functional house that fit our whole group. Location was good, just right on a highway, but didn’t really cause any issues!

Very nice home to stay in, lots of room. The beds are comfortable and the kids room was awesome, no need to bring toys or books. With the property being close to a busy road I was worried about how noisy it would be but I heard nothing. It was a great stay.

This home is perfect in every way! The decor is absolutely beautiful and funky and impeccably clean. The pictures of the property don’t do it justice - there are so many upgraded features that add unexpected luxury.
The hosts have thought of everything and are very quick to respond to any questions you might have.
We highly recommend this property - you won’t be disappointed!

It’s as totally beautiful property! The owners have made it comfortable. I didn’t get any messages through vrbo so the hist called to make sure we were able to get in the house. would definitely recommend!

Perfect spot for our group. Kitchen well stocked for simple food prep. Close location to Food truck park was perfect for us. The host was prompt in replies to us. The property was just as we had expected from the VRBO photos.
