Nice large property. Great for a big group. The entire process from start to finish was seamless, great communication from the hosts, highly recommend. Only downside, guest should be aware they have to take their own trash when they leave.

We had a wonderful stay at this house with family and friends! The game room was such a nice addition to the space and was great for kids! The kitchen was spacious and the family room inviting. The deck off the back was a great retreat from the noise and we saw deer a few times! The house was clean and well maintained! It was a pleasure communicating with the hosts and we had a memorable trip! Would highly recommend. : )

Diego is a great host and very prompt in responding if you have any issues. The house wasn't cleaned properly due to a mix up in personal. He fixed it before that evening, and it was smooth after.
The house was great for our 2 families with small children (5 kids; 3-6). There's lots of space to run around and play in the basement while giving the adults space to hang out upstairs. Plenty of space to sleep and places for a pack n play.
The area is quiet and peaceful and rural. It's very close to Bryce Resort and about 20-45 minutes from attractions. The drive passed very quickly with an extra friend in the car. It was a very enjoyable spot.
I would recommend the house and the area. We had plenty of to-dos left undone for a second trip.

Wonderful house for large group of all ages. Plenty of sleeping space and multiple game/living rooms! Terrific flat back yard with charcoal grill and fire pit! We had a great new years with the family! Diego and Jessica were super responsive and great to work with! We will be back! Highly recommend!

Nice space, convenient location to Bryce Ski Resort. Lots of room to hang out. Excellent hosts. Good game room for teens & kids to keep busy when raining and inside at night. Quiet area. We enjoyed it!

We had a really nice time. We were traveling with a 2 month old so we weren’t sure how that was going to go but your home was comfortable and the basement area kept our 10 year old grandson very happy.

We wanted a house that could house 3 generations of families and this was the perfect place. It had a large table for meals and chatting, a great gaming basement and near a lake which we enjoyed. Everyone loved this house and we are grateful for the memories we shared here. Would recommend!

The house was beautiful and accomidated our entire family. You can see wild life.both day and night including deer, woodpeckers, and even fireflys and night. If you enjoy a quiest family mountain vacation this is it. The hoats are also very responsive!

We were group of 14 and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Basye House. The property was large, clean beautifully decorated rooms, clean backyard and well thought out amenities. Would highly recommend it for a friend's or family get together.
And Diego and Jessica are great hosts. They were easy to reach out to and communicate with them through the app on a timely manner.

We had a lovely weekend with two families with elementary aged children. The house is beautiful. The game room and extra books and games provided entertainment for the kids. There is a nice big yard for the kids to run outside. The owners were communicative and the whole process was smooth. Overall, we had a lovely weekend!
