Greeted by a lovely host. Really pleased with the accommodation. Great value for money. Thank you.
They we didn’t find it before after spending a lot more money on accommodation in the area that wasn’t nearly as good!

Everything was fine, breakfast is not offered but tea and coffee in room. Handy access through french window direct to parking.
Winter duvet was too heavy for time of year. Much darker curtains would have been better for early summer mornings. Possibly £80 was a little expensive for single occupancy.

Very good room, but our host proposed another room, more private and bigger for the same price, so that was very good.
We could also check out at noon instead of 10 o’clock, so very friendly host.

The place is amazing and one of the best beaches there
I like the place , mountain, wanter fall and beach.

We ate breakfast out to make the most of our time in Cornwall and sample the local cafes and restaurants. We did however make the most of the tea and coffee provided!
If I had to pick at anything it would be the dust in the bedside lamps, which could do with a good clean but other than that there was nothing to dislike.

the room was nice and clean, nice big and comfortable beds. bathroom and shower clean also.
the member of staff that greeted us didn’t seem to want to talk at all. i paid on arrival as we were leaving early the next day and they just seemed like they didn’t want us there at all

There wasn't a hairdryer in the room. Had to ask for toilet rolls and milk.

We had expected this property to be Bed and Breakfast accommodation, but were happy to cater for ourselves as this meant we could get up when it suited us. The accommodation was spacious and well equipped. As we were spending time with family, we didn't use the cooking facilities, but it is a pleasant holiday home, close to Tintagel.
The lighting in the bedroom cum sitting room was not adequate for reading, although there is one specific reading light near the table and two bedside lights. We would have liked to have been able to read in the evenings when sitting on the sofa.

There were no tea bags on the tea tray and it was quite a walk into Tintagel

Location details not as helpful as could have been (the current name of the Hotel on travel info needs updating.
Breakfast wasn't laid on because renovation work on dining room was in progress. However fruit juices and tracker bars as well as Tea and Coffee were available.

Lovely room, clean, tidy, quiet. Warm, comfortable beds, clean crisp sheets. Friendly, polite people.

Accommodation was spacious and well laid out with great view and garden area. Room came with breakfast provided. Staff were helpful and informative. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Very neat, tidy and comfortable and well maintained.
The room curtains were too light, which did disturb our sleep.
