The 3 kings is a very nice, cool apartment in an old house just outside the inner centre of Brugge. Quite surroundings, nice garden and polite and friendly owners. Definetely recomended!

The house was great. Brugge even better. The host best of all. I managed to get my car towed and she got it back for me. Easy to walk into town and a beautiful place. Looking forward to the next stay.

We (family of three adults) stayed at 3Kings over Christmas, chosen because it was large enough for each to have their own space but with lots of room to come together at mealtimes and in the evenings...plus it's a lovely walk into the centre of Bruges, so no need for a car. The house is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, drier, all the kitchen equipment you are likely to need), tastefully decorated and is warm with comfortable beds - just what you need after a long days sight-seeing. We even managed to light the fire in the garden room and enjoy the novelty of having a beer outside in the depths of winter! Sophie is a good host, quick to respond and a very helpful atttitude :) The only (very slight) downside is the very slow speed of the wifi if you are used to high speed broadband, so take DVDs to watch rather than plan to stream movies online...but this is a very small thing when stacked against all the good things about 3Kings, which we would recommended without hesitation!

we enjoyed a great week in bruges in this home. Very uncomplicated contact before arriving. That rised up the expactations. Everything reached out. The house is so beautiful decorated, with lots of special centerpieces, especially the travelbooks from all over the world. It was a pleasure to come back home after a whole day walking and sightseeing in bruges. The "insidertips" was great - love the phototour. If we will come back, surely in this house. Sophie was a great host and had a good suggestion for all our needs. She helped whenever she could and made the stay feel very relaxing indeed. The accommodation had three good sized double bedrooms and a nice clean bathroom. The garden was enclosed and great for our son. It was a ten minute (and pleasant) walk to the start of the old town and felt out of the action enough to be calming. Would highly recommend this place for a long weekend and there were no issues with the administrative side of things. Indeed, Sophie was very flexible with us.

3 Kings was a fantastic place to stay in and it made our first time in Bruges even better.A lovely,clean property with so much character.Comfy beds-which were extremely welcome at the end of a busy day site seeing.The property has everything you could possibly need and nothing was too much trouble for Sophie-the owner. 3 Kings is ideally located within walking distance of the main city-ideal for families or couples visiting Bruges-a definate 10/10

We were a group of four friends and 3 Kings was really a home away from home. It was so nice to come back to the house after a whole day of walking and site-seeing. The house is in a quiet residential part of Brugge, just 10 - 15 minutes walk to the town centre and 25 minutes to the train station if you want to visit Gent, Brussels, Antwerp. The house was clean, well maintained with all the amenities you need. And the owners, Bam and Sophie couldn't be nicer and more friendly. The whole experience and communication with Sophie from the start to the end was excellent. We had just one minor problem with the TV on the first day (it might have been our fault not to be able to get the TV working) but Sophie and Bram took care of it immediately. We would recommend the 3 Kings without any hesitation. Thank you, Sophie and Bram for everything.

The house was lovely in every way. Fantastic shower, huge comfortable beds and great location for walking into Bruges. Sophie could not have been more helpful.

This was the perfect place to serve as a jumping off point throughout northern Belgium. It is literally two blocks from the old medieval gatehouse in Bruges, so it is an easy stroll into the heart of town. At the same time, because it is just outside of the crowded narrow streets of the old city, parking is free and fairly easy to get (we usually parked about 1 block away from the house). The owners are long-time residents of Bruges and love to share tips on exploring the best restaurants, cafes, etc. They also go out of their way to provide a personal touch and to make sure that their guests are happy. If I were to return to the region, I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived at the house after a long day travelling and couldn't have been more happy. Lovely welcome from our host and a beautiful home for the weekend. An excellent base with the most comfortable beds ever!!! Everything you need for a holiday in Bruges. The house is close enough to the centre but far enough so you don't get the hustle and bustle. Supermarket, bakery close by. Restaurants and pubs within walking distance as we didn't have the car. All in all a brilliant break made even better by our stay at 3 Kings. Thank you so much x
