This is a nice condo and location, under a mile walk to the boardwalk and Protestant Cay. Great point of jumping off for touring the island with beautiful views.

A fantastic location, so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and into Christiansted ,we rented a car to enjoy all the island has to offer. Easy check in, Earl was very responsive. We enjoyed the balcony with an amazing view of the harbor. We had everything we needed and more in this nicely updated condo. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and the water cooler. Pool is beautiful, neighbors are friendly. We would stay here again.

Condo was dirty. seemed like no one had wiped it down or swept the floor before we got there. Instructions on how to use the TV and the Computer would have been helpful. Local tv should have. been available at the very least. Everything else was fanfastic I would recommend That property for its size and amenities but housekeeping needs to be replaced or monitored.

Not worth the money and contact for condo is unwilling to compensate for things that were for many shortcomings. I sent you a video of the tv not working during super bowl so I was not lying. My husband as you said called you. I didn't travel with my husband so it must have been someone else you are talking about. The tv clearly did not work properly and was very disgusting trying to watch 2 hours of the super bowl. Maybe it was another one of your renters. I called about the sliding doors not locking and you said you would check with the owner about bars to put in the doors. You never responded and there were no bars to block the doors. 2 out of 3 ceiling fans did not work and there were no replacement batteries in the refrigerator where you keep them. As a renter I think it would be beneficial to have a simple drawing for locating the pools. As a newcomer the complex was a little confusing. I took us a little time just to find the unit. As for the soiled pillows, that is flat out disgusting. To think you can hide them with pillow covers is ridiculous. The soiled pillow in the room on the left as you walk in did not have a zippered pillow case cover. As a renter you should offer your clients the best you can and that is way below the threshold. Maybe some people don't check before laying their head down but I did. 27 steps to get to condo not mentioned. It's tough if you are elderly or have knee problems.

Schooner Bay is a nice quiet community overlooking the harbor. We loved watching the ships come in and out. The condo has everything you could possibly need, everything appears brand new! It's walking distance (but hilly!) To Christiansted and with a car, easy to get to everywhere on the island being centrally located. We loved our stay here!
