The beach house is a great location, it is easily walkable to local pubs and of course it is right on the beach. It is not far to walk if you want more of the sandy area rather than pebbles. The living Spaces are versatile, but as we had lovely weather, and we always take our portable gas BBQ we were outside barbecuing most of the time (there is a Charcoal BBQ there but it's a little rickety). The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and pans etc. We made use of the drinks fridge as the fridge and freezer are the smaller undercounter style. As people often expect an ensuite, it is worth noting a few of the bedrooms do have a sink in them but there are just shared toilets and showers. The showers themselves seemed intermittent in their temperature Etc. Although we didn't need to use it, it is worth noting if you want to use the bunk bedroom for your children it is very small and straight off of the kitchen. With the other 3 bedrooms being upstairs. It does feel like there are a few things around the property that could do with having a fresh look at. Overall we had a great stay here.

We know Camber Sands well and have always been keen to find a place directly accessing the beautiful beaches. This property did not disappoint. Ideally located, its a beautiful house and perfect for the family. We stayed four nights and the hosts were brilliant on communication and everything in the property was perfect for our family. We just wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Thank you Danny and Denise.

The house is located on one of the best beaches in the South East of England. It is bang on the beach and it was lovely for the the children just to walk out of the door onto the beach. Although it was mid-July we hit a bad patch of weather, but the location is such that there is lots to in the area if you have a car. We were a 3 generational party from 75 to 3 and everyone had a great time.

The property is lovely, comfy rooms and we loved the two reception rooms and the terrace. It also has a terrace on the first floor outside the bedrooms. One thing I would say, it doesn’t really sleep 8. The downstairs bedroom is through the kitchen and about the size of a cupboard. We wouldn’t put kids in there and it’s not great for adults either. It’s absolutely minute and about two feet from the cooker. Other than that we loved the house and will definitely go back.

A beautiful house directly on Camber Beach. Well cared for with plenty of facilities and a fabulous games room to keep you entertained on rainy days.

Myself and friends stayed at this wonderful property for a long weekend. We were very lucky with the weather and spent serene mornings and evenings sat on the decking taking in the lovely views, whilst listening to the sounds of the waves. The property is away from the crowds, which was great. The property had everything we needed and more, was very comfortable with the added benefit of the games room for some evening fun. Would highly recommend!
