This house was in the perfect location, gorgeous from top to bottom, with a very clean and modern look. There was plenty of space on the bottom floor but the top floor bedrooms were a bit crowded. The manager was always available and helpful for any and all questions we had. Everyone was super helpful and willing to fix any issues that popped up, such as the upper floor needing more air- they literally brought us a temporary air conditioning unit!I highly recommend this property! The view on the living room deck is breath taking and panoramic so you can see everything for miles!

We rented this house for three families (3 couples, 4 boys, and 3 girls). The accommodations worked out perfectly with three master bedrooms on the first floor, and kids rooms upstairs. The views are unbeatable. In some of the pictures they look photoshopped, they are not, it is amazing. The décor was trendy, clean, with a beach vibe. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. We were easily able to make our meals at home work with what was provided. The grill was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the 4 bikes that were provided. The pool was easily walkable, as was the beach. We loved having access to the jetty waterway as well as the ocean. On the days that the water was rough, our kids were still able to enjoy the jetty beach. While I know that not everyone chooses to workout on vacation, I want to mention that the neighborhood fitness center is very small, and is only open 9am-5pm. There are lots of areas to walk/run which was nice since the workout room opened later. The property was clean, and well-maintained. The owner was very responsive when I reached out with a question. I would definitely recommend this property to other families for location. It has the feel of seclusion while being close to all of the tourist attractions and restaurants.

I recently went to Destin, FL for a Spring Break trip. While I went with 10+ plus girls, this house was the perfect size for us all to have enough space for our items. The location was perfect and allowed us to enjoy the beach without the normally crowded areas during this time of the year. In addition, we went to the grocery store often and it was less than 2 miles down the road. The owners of this house made our process so smooth and made sure we had all we needed to have a great time! I highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect retreat for our daughters cheer competition. Check in was super smooth and check out was just as easy. The owners were very open with their communication and we have nothing negative to say!

Our family had the most enjoyable time. The home was so wonderful it was clean and met the description provided. The location was just amazing for watching and seeing the most beautiful sunsets. We will be back! A great vacation was had by all.

We had originally booked a different house with a pool. Two hours before we were supposed to arrive the management company called and said that house was unlivable and we would have to select a different house. The stress of coordinating this with our group and the disappointment of not having a pool was a terrible start to our vacation. The way the company handled the situation left a lot to be desired however the house itself was gorgeous! The views are breathtaking, close access to the beach and a pretty short walk to both pools in the area. The kitchen was not very well appointed with limited pots/pans and cooking utensils but we made due. I would 10/10 recommend this house, but only if a different company manages it in the future.

Great location with great views of the gulf and amazing sunsets. Easy short walk to the beach and the pool. Other than a water leak from the 3rd floor bathroom, we have no complaints. Property management was great, helpful, and responsive.
Would definitely rent this home again.

My family rented this house and one across the street. This house was the center of action for dinner with such a spacious main living space. The balconies are perfect for watching the sunset and fireworks!
It happened to rain a bit on our trip and the convenient location near the sea dunes & bay made it easy for getting time in the sun. The tram golf cart was available to get the ocean side but the walk across the cute pond was easy enough. The 2 pools on the property are clean and perfect for the kids. The house is well equipped with baskets and bags for storage.
You won’t regret choosing a stay at Pelican Pointe.

We have been coming to Destin Pointe for 24 years and most recently have been staying at Pelican Pointe. This was the first year we rented through Destin Point Vacation Rentals. The did a superb job - beginning with the booking process through the end of our stay. They were professional, organized, responsive and pleasant to work with throughout. The house had been recently renovated and the property managers did a great job in getting things ready for us. The weather was perfect - beach time every day, along with dinner out at the usual restaurants and fresh seafood from Desting Ice!

The house was excellent! It was everything we hoped and more! It was clean and all the appliances and supplies were great! We enjoyed the extras for the beach (chairs, games, etc.). The view from the balcony was perfection! The communication with the property management was fantastic but we had no issues to report! We want to go back!!

The home and the property was beautiful. The home protects you from the East sun so we sat on the deck from morning until sunset. The Home owners thought of everything from board games, bikes, pickleball, beach bags.... The home is one of the best views on the property and I would recommend this home searching for the perfect get away. Very private and quite.

Pros: location, decor, easy to communicate with property management company, plenty to do, well stocked kitchen (except for pots/pans), great views and beach access.
Cons: Unit could’ve been cleaned better. One room had clearly not been vacuumed or swept at all. It seemed as if the rugs had never been vacuumed as we would get other people’s hair stuck to us from the rugs. There were fresh stains on some of the indoor and outdoor furniture that I had to clean off before sitting. If you plan to cook or grill at all, this may not be a good place to stay. Even using the fan/vent, the smoke alarms went off every single time we cooked or used the outside grill (which also hadn’t been cleaned in ages). The smoke alarm is directly in the kitchen and right near the door that accesses the grill. It went off so often that the batteries died in one of the smoke detectors and it beeped all night, not once, but twice, in two different smoke detectors. As a result, there were two nights where nobody got any sleep at all, which was very frustrating. One night we were able to turn off the chirping because we could reach the smoke detector, but the next night we couldn’t reach it in a vaulted ceiling. The property management team did change the batteries on one, but not all, so it just continued.
Overall, it’s a beautiful home and location but I would only recommend if you don’t plan to cook/grill much.

We definitely plan to be back. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. and comes with 4 bikes as well. Don’t miss booking this gem!

Me and my sorority sisters got the pleasure to stay at this lovely house for our spring break!! It was amazing for a relaxing weekend with perfect views throughout the whole house. The pictures are an amazing representation of the house and it is even better in person. The location is right next to the beach and there are many places to eat and shops around the house. i’m It was an amazing property and the owners keep it very lovely! Perfect for a big group of friends or some family time and the location is beautiful. Would definitely recommend and will be talking about the trip for years and years to come!!

Loved this property. It was very well appointed and we enjoyed our stay very much!! Our only issue was getting the bikes unlocked but we called and they addressed it right away. Just be sure to check well before ready to take off on the bikes as to not get delayed. We loved the convenience to the beach and pools. And it is very convenient to town for groceries or dining. Loved! We would definitely rent here again!
