I stay 4 night and totally no cleaning and new fresh towels!!!!

The Bathroom was extremely unkept. For a hotel that's only been open a year and a half, it's been maintained very poorly. There were stains all over the baseboards of the bathroom. When I open the shower, head for water flow. Men's micro hair from shaving came out From the corners of the shower stall. It was disgusting. I went down to the pool area to see if I could take a shower there instead, but it was even worse down there. The women's change room just before the pool was extremely humid and poorly ventilated.

The room was a hood size. They are oet friendly which was a huge bonus as we had both pups with us. The room wasnt the cleanest. Toilet wasnt scrubbed, windows had palm and face smears all over it. We found an old dirty fork on the window sill. The tv remote... thats a whole story right there. Beyond confusing to use. Took a bit to figure out. Theres an ice machine on every floor, but only one vending machine. The vending machine takes cards only. The pool area is small. I mean small. It closes at 930pm which is rather early. But the hottub, sauna and steam room are normal sized. They are definitely giving off 'Vegas' vibes throughout the whole hotel. There are a few restaurants in the hotel to choose from. Food delivery cannot come to the rooms, you have to meet in the main lobby. There isnt many places to walk or take your dogs though. Barely any grass at all. Front desk is very helpful and kind. They had a live dj in the main lobby for saturday night. He was pumping the tunes! The casino is lovely! Sooo many slots to play. Tables are on the 3rd floor of the casino/hotel. Its definitely giving Vegas vibes. Theyre still working on making changes and perfevting your experience. But from 1-10, solid 8. I can only see it getting better Oh, i will mention.. parking is crazy hahaha

Fridge broken noise all night, light in the morning made room so bright whoever designed the curtain was not thinking, maybe curtains on top of windows would have helped. When talked to front desk she admitted the fridge had problems from before so why wasn’t fixed?

Very spacious room & bathroom! Not a fan of the paper-thin toilet paper, but other than that it's a great spot! Wish there were more restaurant options, like a brunch oe breakfast buffet but all-in-all, I'd stay again!

Hotel is new and staff was great. Loved it

The hotel room was very nice, but the view was terrible. We overlooked the casino so it's just a big, concrete block below us. Parking is awful and too far away especially with having to get a cart for our luggage which is back at the front of the hotel entrance. There should be designated parking for hotel guests. I wish I had been given a heads up by the hotel staff checking me in. I also didn't think that the person who checked me in was all that friendly. I listened to the person next to her check in someone else and they were asking if they'd ever been there before, did they know about the casino card and we weren't given any of that information. We ate at CASUAL restaurant and the food was okay at best. For $28, I got 2 pieces of overcooked fish, terrible fries and nothing else. Not even a coleslaw. My husband got the fried rice with beef and chicken which he did enjoy. The waitress was very friendly though. Even the pop machines on the casino floor were not filled correctly and were only giving carbonated water out of most of the "flavours". I also wish that the hotel had a promotion where they gave casino dollars to use when you booked into a room there. I think an incentive to stay would be a nice gesture. I gave it 4 stars overall based on the criteria which was the cleanliness and the fact that the rooms were nice and it is still all shiny and new, but, my overall experience is that it is more of a 3 star hotel.
