Shower is not good.

Lovely countryside feeling with large swimming pool to lounge and read a book by. It was nice to enjoy a coffee in the morning in the garden.

breakfast wasn't included and was 18 euros for a complete buffet breakfast so if you just wanted a small breakfast of coffee and croissant there wasn't a simpler option. Although coffee alone was available at no cost.

The apartment gave me the flexibility to bring my own wine and food. There’s a great deli and bakery five minutes drive away. The birdsong around the pool was lovely and peaceful.

The location is situated in a beautiful building. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast served at the hotel was quite extensive. However, on the second day of our stay, we noticed that some of the hard rolls served seemed to be a day old and not fresh. This was a bit of a disappointment. Additionally, the breakfast was served a bit later than we would have liked, making it challenging to leave on time. Despite some minor issues with the breakfast, this locating is a great place to stay.

We didn’t receive the room we booked so we stayed for one night instead of two. It’s been 2 months since we stayed there and we still didn’t received the total refund. we only received part of it, without the gap of the rooms difference and they charged me(!!) for their bank commissions(!!). I wrote the. hotel 3 times and received no response. very disappointed with the customer service of this hotel as well as with booking.com for not dealing with this.

Breakfast was extremely good and thew food available to have your own dinner in your room or in the restaurant was exceptional. There were also wines and beers and soft drinks available to take and pay later on departure. Easy access to Aix en Provence and St Remy de Provence.

Nothing was poor or below expected standards.

I did so much online research to find the perfect stay for our first time in the Provence countryside and was so lucky to come across La Bastide de Ganay. The property is a magical gem just 15 minutes north of Aix-en-Provence and the rooms and grounds could not have been any more perfect for us! What was once a 400 year old country manor house is now a luxury bed & breakfast surrounded by old oak trees, and lush greenery. We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast of yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants (regular and chocolate of course!), and the delicious Nespresso! After a day of walking the markets of Aix, we retreated to the pool for relaxation thinking how lucky we were to experience Provence like this.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

we loved the remoteness and country house feel. two swimming pools! great staff and the visitors were quite friendly also
