We loved this clean, modern and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed watching the birds in the garden and surrounding area. It is an easy walk into town.

My mum didn't manage to get the TV to work!

A lovely self contained unit (36A)with a great touch of personal touch to the decor and furniture. No noice except for birds singing. Loved the welcome bottle of Shiraz on arrival.

Leider kein Sitzbereich im Freien und kein besonderer Ausblick - beides ist aber bereits bei der Buchung klar und angesichts des fairen Preises okay.

Inside was very good, even had roller shutters on bedroom windows, everything was great and very clean, top quality decor

Everything. Great location, the property was stunning. It's very underwhelming from outside but a lot of care and love has been put into designing this property. It's definitely got the wow factor, thankyou for an amazing time in Mallacoota, wish we could have stayed longer xx

We loved everything

The overall property was lovely, and exceeded our exceptions as a family of 3. Property had more facilities than expected. We appreciated the modern, fresh build as everything was clean and worked well. We particularly liked how well thought out the kitchen was with many white goods that made cooking easy.

The handle getting in the door was a bit tricky despite special instructions. But we’re being picky- nothing really at all an issue.

I arrived a couple of hours earlier than my stated arrival time and communication with the owner was easy and I was able to access the property earlier, which was appreciated. Clear instructions relating to the location of the key lock box and access to the property had been previously provided and was easy to access. The property was exactly as described and the photos showcased the property perfectly. The complimentary bottle of wine and potato chips were a lovely touch, thank you. The kitchen was equipped very well and had a large fridge, so made it easy to make your own meals. It was great to also have a washing machine, with laundry powder provided, especially if you're there for a few nights and there was a clothesline, with pegs, outside. I chose this property because of the one level, parking for a 4-wheel drive and easy walkability to the town centre.

These are not really things that I didn't like, but more observations/comments. This is beyond the owners control, but I would like to mention, that the property is in a quiet location which is great however, as a single woman travelling it was a little disconcerting to find out during my stay (3 nights) that I had absolutely no neighbours residing in the surrounding properties, with the unit next door being in a state of demolition, the remaining residences empty (side and back) and across the road is the Victorian SES premises and another building, both showing no signs of activity during my stay. I would like to stress that I didn't feel unsafe during my stay, especially at night by myself, but it did make me more aware of my surroundings. Again, these are just comments - while there is a washing machine, there is no dryer, but there is a clothesline outside and on my last day as there was no sun I did go into the town centre and use the laundromat's dryer, so there is that option available, but there was no iron/ironing board available at either the unit or the laundromat - motto - don't travel with things that need ironing! Also, while there were lovely thick towels supplied for the shower, there were no face flannels/washers however I've learnt to always keep one in my toilet bag, so for me that wasn't an issue, but for others don't forget to pack one if you do need one. Again, these are not complaints, but may assist other travellers going forward and I definitely would stay at this unit again.
