La ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro del casco histórico. La relación calidad-precio inmejorable (sobre todo en mi caso que viajaba sola). El desayuno riquísimo (yo pedí el healthy - tiene 3 opciones y seguro que el resto buenísimo también porque lo preparan en el momento). Y a pesar de algunas críticas, mi habitación aunque pequeña suficiente para dormir que es el mayor uso que se le da en viajes de turismo. Y sobre todo, la chica de recepción del turno de tarde, no le pregunté su nombre pero me trató genial!!!
Por poner una pega, que no se puede aparcar cerca, pero es normal al estar en el centro histórico (hay un parking muy grande cerca del Mc Donals).

La ubicación es muy céntrica. El personal muy amable. Todo renovado y muy limpio. El desayuno healthy estupendo .
No me importó pero es importante saber que hay un fuerte desnivel entre la calle real y este lugar.

great location walking distance from the old town with all its bars and restaurants which was lovely, parking (up a steep street as recommended) was nearby and only a couple of mins walk

Lots of noise in the rooms in the basement from commotion on the ground floor during the day and even late at night. Layout of the rooms not ideal for a double bed setup.

Clean, bright room with a nice balcony. Perfect location! The staff/cleaner that was the only person there was exceptionally helpful.
Check in was a challenge as the front door was locked, no one answered our ringing and knocking so we had to call the front desk. I didn’t have access to calling on my phone plan so I had to wait for my husband who had gone to find parking spot.

Very nice hotel in a narrow and quiet street close to the city center. The hotel is neat and super clean, the rooms are well equipped and nicely decorated in a modern and design way. The breakfast has to be booked and is served. The "healthy" breakfast with local advocados and greek yoghurt with local fruits was absolutely delicious.

Super friendly receptionist, delicious homemade breakfast pastries and a very comfortable bed. The location is also very good.
The room was on the interior of the building with no views out of the hotel. Parking was a few minutes walk away.

The staff was very nice and although I booked a single-bed room, I got a bigger room for two with a big nice shower. I slept very well and the hotel was easy to find.

Breakfasts were absolutely lovely, staff were friendly and super helpful! We stayed at this hotel from South Africa and cannot speak a word of Spanish however everyone was still so friendly and went out of their way to understand us. Real value for money and such a calming environment.

The room behind the kitchin is noisy in the morning. They stop to include the breakfast. There is no fridge in the room.

The hotel is situated close to the center (2 min walk). Very good breakfast with options (order when check-in). Room is modern and very clean. Our room had the balcony with a nice view.
Noisy room by street side, but bringing earplugs solves this. Bamboo curtain in shower doesn't feel like much privacy. WiFi is slow, used mobile data in the room.

Check-in was great, and I got offered a free room upgrade which was lovely.
The location was nice and central (though was up a bit of hill, so be prepared for that if you're on foot)
There wasn't any view from the hotel - my room looked out into a small, shady central yard.
