Located on top of a Mall, very convenient.
The Guest-only lounge near the lobby was an added value

Hotel is right beside the Shinkansen and tram station. Just walk right towards the more modern mall, and you’ll see the lift for the hotel lobby.
Hotel is clean and modern. Do try out the special Starbucks Teavana in the mall.
We could monitor our laundry time, or to see which washer is available from the room. Very convenient

* Location is right beside JR Toyama Station
* The guest lounge is PERFECT for guests who need to work during stay (It may get crowded during check in time, but most of the time it is quite empty).
* Free coffee and water (and snack sometimes)
* Public big bath is great.
* Lobby is gorgeous.
The lobby/reception is on the 5th or 6th floor of a department store, so you always need to take double elevator rides.

Fantastic location, right next to the station. Brilliant public bath, one of the best experience we had in Japan. Room was very nice and big. Great value for money. People super friendly. Breakfast was included and great.

Very close to Toyama station. Staff were very accomodating letting us drop our bags a day early while we went hiking.

Very new hotel and location is just 2 mins walk from the station. Everything is clean and they have free coffee and tea provided in the lobby and room. Public bath is clean as well. Overall very satisfied

Friendly staff that helped us with our luggage delivery service. The room was clean and big. Phone was able to be cast on TV. We had a comfortable stay there. 😌

Sadly, our little side table between the beds hadn’t been cleaned… it was sticky with rings from someone’s drink… and there was other people’s hair on the table too.

New hotel, nice views, clean and comfortable room. Nice public bath-onsen. Free coffee and tea of good quality. Perfect location at the train station with many nice restaurants and great food store in the building.
