Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Dicht bij het centrum en een rustige en ruime kamer.

De parkeergarage was vol dus we moesten een eindje lopen.

Het ontbijt was het enige wat heel goed was.

We kregen een kamer op de 3e etage in het nok van het hotel waar de airconditioning defect was. Dit gemeld aan gastvrouw Jennifer, maar die reageerde heel nonchalant en was onvriendelijk met o.a. de mededeling " Jammer kan gebeuren en we kunnen hier niets aan doen" Niet bijv. we sturen een technische man naar uw kamer of we proberen een andere kamer voor u te regelen. De 2e dag stond ik erop dat we een andere kamer kregen, want de hele nacht niet geslapen vanwege de hitte op de kamer en de kamer was zeer gehorig aan de straatkant. Wederom was gastvrouw eerst niet meewerkend en ongeïnteresseerd naar onze klachten. Ook konden we 's-avonds rond 11.30 uur niet in het hotel komen doordat de deur van de betreffende ingang defect was. Ook na de 1e keer dit gemeld, maar daar werd ook niet door dezelfde gastvrouw adequaat op gereageerd, zodat we dus de 2e avond er weer niet in konden. Maar we hadden geluk dat de parkeerdeur iets open was en zodoende zijn we achterin met behulp van een ander echtpaar in het hotel gekomen. Deze gastvrouw is totaal niet geschikt voor haar functie. Geen reclame voor dit hotel. Na lang doordrammen pffff een andere kamer gekregen. Maar de matrassen waren doorgelegen en de WC pot was zeer bruin en de kamer was weer heel gehorig aan de straatkant Prijs/kwaliteit van dit hotel veel te hoog.

Just didn't feel like 4 stars. The breakfast was fine but not exceptional. Noisy guests ( but not in control of hotel I guess!) Felt overpriced

Standard room, outdated and not super clean. Good location though, 15 minutes walk from the train station!

Value for money was not good. It was overpriced for a standard hotel. Really thin walls so we could hear anyone talking in the hallway from our room, or doors opening and closing during the night and first thing in the morning which made it hard to sleep.

A good hotel with very friendly staff. The location is simply perfect to explore the city center and there is a private parking right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was a bit on the plain side for a hotel of this price range and the rooms could use some renovation. Overall value for money was a bit lacking.

We stayed there during carnaval, but room at the street side was quiet, Very large selection for breakfast. Older building but room facilities are more then OK. Great location and easy to reach, Friendly staff.

I don,t have any negative points to report. Altough Hotel was fully booked, all services were available and more then OK.

Great hotel on walking distance from the centre.

somewhat old furniture. but didn’t mind this as we were mostly in town.

Personnel was friendly and willing to decide some difficulties! Hotel rooms good but rather old. Breakfast is good!very close to old center and nice places!

We didn’t like the bed, but for 2 nights is ok.

It was clean-big bathroom-big room-and the location was perfect :)

The matrass from the bed..wasnt stable and comfortable-looks like in the Middle of the matras it was empty..

In the pictures on booking they deliberately make it look like as if the Suites have a balcony but in reality apparently only 2 of the suites have them which is a clear misrepresentation. I only booked since I wanted the balcony and I would never have booked otherwise. This is a ground for a refund if you ask me!
