Every thing was amazing

Marta, Chiara and the rest of the personnel made our stay special. Plus the minibar had everything we could wish for.

Property was exceptionally clean, size of hotel was lovely. The location was perfect for Lake Garda and very accessible to public transport. The staff are so helpful and friendly and we plan to return again.

Excellent breakfast and wonderful helpful staff. About 10/15 min walk mainly by the Lake into Bardalino so nice location. Good value for money

There could have been a bigger pool and better facilities but then it would have been more expensive so I was happy with what I paid for

Great location for Bardalino, only a 15-20 minute stroll along the promenade. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety with cooked eggs and hot tea and coffee.Food and drinks are a reasonable price. Rooms very clean.

The only negative is the road can be noisy when sitting by the pool but not much that can be done about that! stayed in a superior room with lake view, slightly small room but adequate.

Excellent stay at this lovely hotel. The hotel was spotless, there was plenty of choice for breakfast but what really made our stay was the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Both pools were very new and clean. The hotel staff would deliver drinks and snacks to the pool area via scanning a QR code on the pool umbrella stands. This hotel is nicely located a short walk between Bardolino & Cisano.

The rooms could use some updating. The water in the shower wasn't hot enough on 1 occasion. This leads me to think that there isn't enough hot water if many people shower near the same time. The hotel was adequate for our stay, but pricey for the age and distance from the lake. We stayed at a gorgeous 4 star hotel in Venice the night before for a cheaper price. So, I'm sure that unfavorably skewed our impression of the Hotel Villa Charme.
