lovely cliff top location which allows for great views. good range of facilities in this adults only hotel.

Very nice pools and terrace on the 6 th floor and on the ground as well, with striking exquisite views over the sea, also dinner food very good.

Location is absolutely superb. The hotel is clean with good facilities and friendly staff. The view from the gym is wonderful and there are a few outdoor swimming pools to choose from. Good variety of food and drink. Great value for money. I hope to come back again soon as had a wonderful time.

My room was situated near the reception area so it got a bit noisy during the night as I could hear the other guests who were in the lounge area. Also people slamming the doors late at night (this was absolutely not the hotel's fault but rather lack of consideration and lack of good manners displayed by some of the hotel guests).

Fabulous hotel - happy friendly staff - great food and drinks - comfortable and good location - very calm and quiet - plenty sunbeds all day (no reserving policy) - perfect relaxing holiday

Part of the staff was awesome and pleasant. Antonia, the lady performing massages in the SPA, the bar staff great moon. It felt a lot of the staff is overworked and running everywhere hoping for a break.

The facilities are nice, fairly comfortable but very outdated.

Foods were amazing, all employees were very nice, facilities were also quite clean, Location directly near sea was also a huge plus, and the public beach quite close to hotel was a bonus for us.

Two seperate beds were brought together to maka a double bed and it was not stable enough, so basically that ends as you sleep in two seperate beds. Entertainment events were every two days, sometimes good but sometimes not that entertaining. Also capacity of the bartenders did not satisfy the demand of all guests, we had to wait sometimes long queues to get a drink.

The location was perfect, stunning views all round, All the staff were exceptional, welcoming and helpful, nothing was to much and would go above and beyond to help. This was our 16th visit to porto colom but our 1st visit to JS cape colom, out of all the hotels we have stayed at this is the most outstanding, we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet and child free holiday. Thank you to everyone that made us feel welcome.

The only downside was the food, although always hot and fresh it was repetitive and lacked a choice of potatoes and vegetables, The only choice of desserts were ice cream and cake,

location wise for the scenery is amazing! views of the cape are stunning! easy to get to once in the area. hotel itself, rooms are pretty basic but the hotel as a whole is great. check out the hottub on the roof & sunbath down by the jump rocks.

We are sad to say that today is our last day. Arrived early hours of Friday 1 July to a pleasant welcome from the receptionist, who not only checked us in but also asked if we wanted any food or drinks. The room is absolutely perfect for our needs. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, we have a large balcony with two patio chairs and we have the added bonus of a fridge. We are all inclusive which for the relaxing holiday we wanted suit’s us. Every mealtime we have had an excellent choice of food and extremely tasty. Do they repeat food during the week, yes but to be fair so do I at home! During our stay there has been 2 nights of entertainment which one of the nights was a saxophonist and a guitarist who were excellent and the other night was a guitarist and singer. Out and about. If you turn left out of the hotel you will find a few bars, restaurants, beach shops and a small Spar (this is also the way to the beach). If you turn right you will find a wonderful marina with bars and restaurants. Also this is the way to a larger supermarket, shops, bank and the market which was setting up on Tuesday. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this is definitely the place to come. If you want more night life, more tourist attractions and a lively atmosphere then this is not the hotel for you. Thank you JS Colom and staff you have lived up to and beyond my daughters and my expectations. Would we come back? Absolutely. My daughter did suggest that perhaps a little bit of music during the evening would be nice ( not necessarily live entertainment). If you are wanting entertainment during your holiday then this might not be the place to come. Perhaps the hotel provides more entertainment towards the end of July and August.

This doesn’t apply to us but if you need to be constantly on the go and want daily entertainment then look for a different hotel and resort.

The room was excellent and kept very tidy, and we requested a high floored room with a view, which did not disappoint. Portocolom is very quiet, so if that's what you're looking for, the hotel is in a fantastic location. The pool area was also great and very easy to dip into the sea!

The food was okay, but not great, it would have been better if there were more fresh options and different fruits and salads. I'm not particularly bothered about nightly entertainment, but if you care about that, then I don't believe it was great at Cape Colom, and only happens on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
