The unit was perfect for our stay.
We had the best view of the ocean and saw dolphins several times.
The property was well kept, and we didn't have any issues.

It was delightful. Clean, convenient, spacious, great view from balcony, close walk to beach. 4th floor next to the elevator. Yes, you can hear the elevator if it’s dead quiet in the condo. It’s not that loud- Put on some music if it bothers you. Beach is literally right there. Just rent the beach chairs and umbrella, it made life much easier. Host/Owner was very communicative about the condo. Super nice to have some of the amenities (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) provided (spoke to another renter and he said his place didn’t have any of it). 10/10 would stay here again.

Conga was as advertised, clean and well stocked. The amenities were nice, beach was clean and we love the Perdido area as it is a little less crowded.

This property is just as described. Sandy Key is my favorite beach and this condo is great. Communication with the owner is the best I’ve ever had and I definitely recommend this property.

Condo was perfect! Away from the noisy busy streets but close enough to Orange Beach or Pensacola Beach if you wanted to go for the day. I asked several questions and the host responded immediately everytime. Highly recommend for and family!!

Sandy Key is a great property, just the right size to have all the amenities without the crowds. Really liked the attention to security and the overall cleanliness of the property. The unit was super nice, equipped with everything we needed, and most importantly was exactly as portrayed in the listing. The owner was super communicative and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Came for a short spring break and the place was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. The amenities were clutch from the beach storage, to the heated pool and washer/dryer. The owner could not have been more helpful and kind. We will most definitely return.

We visited for a girls trip and the condo was perfect. It had plenty of space, a nice patio area, and the beds were comfy. The host was very responsive.

This unit was probably the best I have seen, so cute and had that Beachy feel. I love going to the Beach and not having a crowd around me. That is what we got. It is super close to the Beach and close to restaurants and just far enough away from the crowded high rise Condo’s. Perfect little gem. Plenty of room and the owners were great. Very nice people and very accommodating. Loved it! Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed everything about our time there. Weather,pool,spa,gym,view and condo perfect. Close to great restaurants, grocery stores, Target/Walmart. Great view, dolphins every day.would definitely return if we are coming to perdido key again

I can't say enough good things about this unit!! It was better than advertised. I don't think you could find anything closer to the beach! The unit was spacious and clean and check in/out was easy. Our balcony was private and quiet. The first floor storage unit was stocked with boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs and sand castle toys. The beach was private and clean. Pools were also very conveniently located and clean.

I love this location on perdido key- this property is super clean and has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Great views- we saw dolphins jumping from the patio! Owner is great w communication- would stay here again! Thank you so much to owner!

The condo was at a great location. It was easy to get back over the bridge if we needed to get something from the grocery or wanted to do a day trip to Pensacola. It also had easy access to the pool and ocean. The first floor storage was really nice, too, to keep our beach things in.

This was our 3rd trip to Sandy Key, and second in room 434. It was great as usual. Easy access to local food, groceries, and Walmart. Ten minutes from the Naval Museum, and a quick drive to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Went inshore fishing with Traditions Fishing Charters, 5 minutes away. Loved the added keypad lock this time as well. Highly recommend

The condo was great! My kids loved having the 2 bunk beds in addition to the queen bed in the 2nd room. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep!
We have stayed in many different condos in Sandy Key over the years and this one was definitely a favorite! We enjoyed our stay and have already rebooked for next year.

Easy check in, great communication with host, very clean and well maintained, kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. View from balcony was beautiful. Just steps to the beach with the powerdy white sand that you just want to sink your toes in. The provided beach chairs were a nice bonus with storage downstairs, so we didn't have to bring up our beach toys and umbrella into the condo. Only minor concern is only one roll of toilet paper was provided for each bathroom which would be fine if your just staying for a couple of nights or only have guys in your party. If that is not the case, either bring an extra roll or two with you or plan on picking some up while you're there.

This was our family trip for the year, so it was myself, my husband, our 3 year old, 1 year old, and my parents. The condo fit us perfectly! It was wonderfully clean, had a great stocked kitchen, comfy beds and furniture. The beach was beautiful and not over-crowded although I would skip on renting the chairs and just bring your own setup because we did have people set up chairs right in front of us a couple days. The downstairs storage unit is amazing for holding all your things as well and not having to bring everything up to the condo every evening. The owners were also great and easy to communicate with when needed! I don’t have a single negative comment! We will definitely be back.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The location was very convenient within the the complex ( right near the elevator ) and centered over the pool. The condo was very quiet, we never heard anyone adjacent to us or outside. It is a beautiful section of beach and close . We will definitely be back !

We usually stay in Destin,FL. This was our first time to stay in Perdido Key. We really enjoyed it. More laid back than Destin is. Was totally relaxing. You can do things in Pensacola or Orange Beach, AL. The condo and host were great.

We travelled with our three teenage children to Perdido Key for the second year over Easter. This was our first time in this rental and it was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the ocean, pool, and meticulously maintained grounds. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. As the weather was on the cooler side, we enjoyed lots of time in the hot tub and throwing the football on the beach. I highly recommend PK if you are looking for a non-crowded beach and relaxing family getaway. We look forward to our next stay!

This property was very nice! Great location and view of gulf/beach. Bed was comfortable, as was all furniture. The covered deck/patio was enjoyed by all. Restaurants and grocery are nearby. Great home away from home!

The condo is lovely and is located right on the beach. The location of the condo in regards to the beach, pool, and elevator was great. The host was very responsive and easy to speak with. I definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

This place is amazing. The beach was not crowded at all. The condo is decorated great and very clean. The owners checked in with us after we checked in and gave us great restaurants to check out. The property was clean and very well kept. We had a blast and can’t wait to come back.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo had an outdoor hot-tub, heated pool, and un-heated pool. Since it was February, we found the heated pool and hot-tub especially nice.
There are three buildings in this complex, but they are each only 8 stories tall, compared to the much taller properties just down the block. As a result, the beach here was quieter and a little more private.
This condo unit was clean, well-decorated, and imminently comfortable. It had everything we needed, and the hosts were quick to respond when we had questions.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about this condo! The furnishings were great, it was very clean, and the beach front location was perfect. We definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend!
