The place was nice, clean, and spacious. When we arrived, the temperature inside was 92 degrees. Left window in dining room will not work. Both outlets in master bathroom not working. Window shade in master bathroom not working properly.

Had some issues with A/C but owners took care of it immediately.

Nice house with lots of room for several family members. Owner was very receptive to a few requests we had. Quiet neighborhood and good for walking without too much traffic.

This house was very clean and the rooms are all really big. We had 2 complete families plus another set of just parents, 12 people total, and there was plenty of room for us. The only suggestions would be, maybe beanbags or some other seating for the basement family room. With such a big group we didn’t all fit on the sofa, so some more seating options would’ve been nice. Also the outlets in the master bedroom vanity area didn’t work. I saw multiple people had mentioned it in the guest book, so it’s been that way for awhile. That was rather inconvenient, but other than that, everything else was in great condition.

The front yard was over grown, full of weeds, and had a dead tree with a broken branch. It looked so different from the VRBO photo that I was worried I booked a scam. Fortunately as soon as I stepped inside everything else was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay and I would book this house again in the future.

But when I stepped through the front door the air was fresh and the inside of the house was exactly as advertised. We especially liked the bike racks in the garage and the new appliances.
