Everything was great. Close to everything & we saw a couple of bears.

Had a wonderful family vacation! Location of the home was perfect! We so appreciated the special added touch of a decorated Christmas Tree and Stockings hung above the fire place. It was so cute and really got us into the Christmas spirit.

This home has everything! It’s beautiful and so easy to just walk In and enjoy the stay. We were in need of nothing. The booking process was very easy. Very close to Gatlinburg. We will book here again.

Home is beautiful. Location is ideal for walking around Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We even had a bear on the front porch!

We had 10 here for a week ages 16-80. Each couple or person had their own room. Management was very communicative, reaching out within a couple hours of an email or faster. Everything was as described and we enjoyed using all the spaces. Easily parked 3 vehicles and had easy mountain access up either side via Gatlinburg or the bypass to Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay again.

Splashing into Heaven was, in our 5 yo grandson’s words, “magnificent !” The house was precisely as it was pictured. The first drive up to the house was a little intimidating, but it quickly became comfortable! We managed to see a bear right on the property, which was a highlight for the grandchildren! This is a fabulous family vacation home with plenty of room to spread out or come together! Be sure to plan for younger guests to be on the lower floors, as the steps up and down can be a bit much for the elderly! Matthew, the property manager, was fantastic. Enjoyed working with him! Highly recommend this property for its beauty, practicality and convenience to everything in the Smoky Mountains 💫

We stayed the first week of June 2023 and the house was fantastic. We have been using VRBO for years and this was the cleanest and most well stocked home we have ever rented. It is extremely convenient to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. You are close but secluded in the Smokey Mountains. The kitchen/living area and outside space was fabulous. The kitchen had every type of cooking needs and utensils. The grill was a Weber which worked well. Outside patio table had two fire pits! The game room was amazing! Our grandchildren and adults spent tons of time there. He a little club house for the little ones. The pool was nice and hot tub was excellent. They refill the hot tub between each guest so that is very nice! All the bedrooms we large and all had king beds which we’re comfortable. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking to come to Gatlinburg.

This cabin has everything you can possibly want. The location is great, you can be in downtown Gatlinburg in less than 5 minutes and in Pigeon Forge in 10. The views are spectacular.

We traveled with 3 pre teens and 8 adults the house is beautiful and fully equipped for your stay! I’m in love with this property not only beautiful and each level is practically sound proof but the view of downtown is stunning! It was stress free getting to the downtown excitement. We are all looking forward to booking this property again!

Perfect place to stay when you are in town for sports at the Rocky Top Sports Complex. It’s close enough to town for some fun, but you feel secluded while at the cabin. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. We loved it.

We really enjoyed our long weekend here. There was plenty of room for 6 couples without everyone being cramped. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The views over-looking downtown Gatlinburg were beautiful. Be prepared for tight parking if your group all drive large trucks or SUVS. Getting 6 vehicles in the small area proved to be quiet a challenge so we parked one on the side of the road.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful customer service and this is a BEAUTIFUL home! Great location...less than 5 minutes to downtown. We went 1/8-1/12 and every activity that we did, no lines, no wait, no crowd. We would and probably will rent this home again. This was the best cabin we have ever stayed in overall ! This cabin made our stay at gatlinburg amazing . So much space for a big family , lots of activities to do just in the house alone . We wanted to share time with our 6 kids ages 12-19, our oldest son and his wife, and my mother-in-law! We rented Splashing into Heaven for Dec 26-28. Everyone had a bed, their own space, and bath/shower! The kitchen and living room area was perfect for our gift exchange and our bingo games we play (sponsored by Grandma)! When we arrived, our son and DIL announced we are going to be grandparents! So…our hope is to have the whole grandfam down here every year starting a tradition now! This is just perfect for a large family and is fully stocked with everything you might need (kitchen)! The pool and hot tub were a great escape, and the game room offered opportunities for Mom and Dad to show these youngins’ how to play pool, shuffleboard, foosball, and poker! I can say we didn’t want for one thing while at this cabin! Thank you so much!

Very clean, very fitting for group of 12. Game room, pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen and baths well supplied. Plenty of space for everyone’s enjoyment. Beautiful home, owners thought of everything. Maybe a mile from downtown. Close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. Would surely stay again.

Our family stayed for our family christmas vacation and we loved this place. The kids loved the pool and everyone had a blast in the game room. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. I will definitely be booking with them again.

This home has a great layout, is well appointed, the kitchen has everything and is so well organized! Having the indoor pool and game room were perfect for our 6 grandsons ages 3-9. Great family time!

We had a family of 11 stay at this beautiful house. It has stunning views and the attention to detail at this VRBO was top notch. It had everything and more that we needed. We loved it so much, we have already booked a return visit!

The view from the balconies was breathtaking! The rental was very accommodating for all members of our family. There was plenty to do while at the house. The only issue with the property was that the dishwasher was not working properly, it did not dry the dishes.

For our 40th Wedding Anniversary we wanted to have our family together for a week. Splashing into Heaven was the perfect place for us. The communication with our host Matt was excellent. The home was clean and was very well stocked especially in the kitchen. We appreciated that things were labeled. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and everyone had fun in the game area. Perfect place for a celebration! Thank you for making our time in Gatlinburg a special one.

Our family of 12 had a great time at this beautiful house. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking for a large group. The parking is a little tight if you have more than 3 vehicles and the driveway is steep. We did have a bear try to open the doors of our vehicles, so remember to lock your doors! Hoping we can visit this beautiful place again!
