Property Manager presents, Outside the Box, the vacation rental home you will never want to leave! Located in the iconic community of Seaside, this beach front home offers three levels of outdoor living spaces that are privy to the best sunrises and sunsets on the emerald coast. This 4 bedroom home can accomodate 12 guests during your Seaside, Florida vacation to 30A.

Located on the gulf in Seaside, one can enjoy the beautiful beach that is just steps away or the town center with a short walk. The first floor of the home has two bedrooms that have four custom built in bunks in each room, sleeping a total of 10 guests, and two private bathrooms. You will find a screened porch, gulf facing, with an all weather pool table and ample seating for the entire family to spend quality time with one another. The laundry room is also located on the first floor for convenience.

The second floor of the home includes two master suites with master bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, a soaking tub, dual vanities, a private balcony with gulf views, and a private porch with a seating area. Each master suite is the perfect retreat for those looking for the ultimate beach escape.

The third floor of this luxurious beach front home offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island that seats 5 guests, and a custom built dining table for 8 guests. The kitchen and main living room feature large beamed vaulted ceilings allowing natural light to fill the space. The living room flows onto the third floor gulf front balcony with full view glass panels that offer unobstructed views of the beautiful gulf waters and white sandy beaches. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with plenty of seating for the whole family and prepare yourself a beverage at the outside bar. “Outside the Box” is the perfect beach retreat for your next vacation!

- Golf cart rentals are NOT allowed in Seaside.
- NO EVENTS, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET Policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Seaside Amenity Fees Include: Seaside Parking Passes (2), Wristbands for Beach Access, and Access to the Community Swimming Pools and Tennis Courts.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES - SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

-Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to arrival date.

- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

Additional Rental Rate includes the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, and CSA Trip Insurance.
