Browny’s House is a wonderful place to stay. Very inviting, comfortable and so clean. The hosts were very responsive and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I knew going to the Reno area!

We travel quite a bit and stay at VRBO’s all the time. This is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed at. You can see all the thought and effort that was put into the property and everywhere you turned there was an extra. From the snacks to the toiletries to the pet area we were throughly impressed. Better than any casino room, and well located to all the attractions. We will be staying here again for sure!

Browny's house is completely renovated. All new. Beautiful. We were very impressed. Carolina brought us a few amenities we needed to make our stay ideal. She and her husband are wonderful, very attentive. The neighborhood street appeal was not what we had hoped but in the end we agreed it was a great location. We thank our hosts very much for a great stay.

Believe the great reviews! We chose to stay here instead of one of the many casino hotels - for a lot less money. Will definitely try to stay here again the next time we're in the Reno/Sparks area.

This place was perfect for us and our dogs Cute cottage all redone, white paneled walls throughout. Owner has everything there you need and some nice supplies. Would recommend for a reno stay Only downside was no cable for football, but there is wi-fi with netflix, if you have prime you can log on Oh and great pillows and bed

The host was very responsive and communicative. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well-appointed decor! The extra perks were very appreciated - coffee, eggs, bread and treats awaiting our arrival. Couldn't ask for a better location to explore the area and surrounding points of interest. We're looking forward to returning, when we can find a time that it's not already booked!

It was great the house was very nice and clean. We were going to spend an other night but for family issues we had to travel back.

It makes a great home base. It's a nice place and centrally located to many of the attractions and a nice restaurant brewery super close.

Our stay was really nice. It was our first time in the Sparks/Reno area, and the house was in a perfect location, about 10-15 mins from everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet too. The place was extremely nice inside, with perfect touches such as bedside USB chargers. Our host also left us a loaf of bread, some eggs and oatmeal which was nice. The only issue we had was trying to cast our phone to the TV. It looked like it required a paid app, but it wasn’t a huge deal since we didn’t hang out at the house for too long during the day. Overall, incredible experience, easy checkin process, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Previously, we have always stayed in hotels on our road trips that we take about every six weeks. We have found a new favorite! The cottage is well appointed, and the host takes care of every detail. We would highly recommend this property.

I travel to Reno 1-2 weeks every month for work and have gotten tired of hotel life. Browny's house was a perfect solution! It's a cozy cottage updated with all of the modern amenities you could want. The decorations are pretty, and the furniture is all new, clean and comfortable. Special rave for the bed pillows...they are so firm & comfy that I had to ask the owner where she got them so I could order some for home! Speaking of the owner, she's left out no detail in this house - shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry supplies, snacks, delicious coffee, milk, eggs, bread, & breakfast items are all waiting for you when you get there. The house is cozy - this is not a place for big gatherings, but it's very comfortable for 1 or 2 people, or small families. The neighborhood is older, but quiet, and I felt completely safe. Parking is on the street in front of the house & there was always plenty available. Easy access to I-80 & main roads, about 12 minutes from the airport, and easy to get around wherever you want to go. I look forward to returning soon!

This was a fantastic property. It was clean and well stocked with ameneties to make our stay easy. The host was quite generous in the food and provisions supplied. The property felt like being at a boutique hotel. It should be noted that this is not a single family detached home, it is more like one unit of a duplex. From the back bedroom you can hear people/animals in the other unit. Not bothersome, but something to be aware of. The neighborhood seemed to be in transition from single family to high denisity apartments. Overall, the area felt clean and safe. There was plently of bars and entertainment within walking distance, but no coffee shops, diners or retail during the day. That being said, if you get in your car, it is surrounded by typical suburban strip malls with everything you need. Downtown reno is an easy 10min drive.

We came to Reno for my son’s baseball tournament and this place was perfect for my family of 4. Highly recommend!

We wanted a quick get away to Lake Pyramid and Tahoe and this property fit the need perfectly with our dog. Very clean and updated. The manager was very hospitable and we were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The host was fantastic. The property was updated and exceptionally clean. They went the extra mile with personalized touches that made us feel incredibly welcome. We did not bring our dog on our trip, but once we got to the property we kind of wish we had, the thought that went into presentation and functionality was exceptional. Anytime we are in Reno we will be trying to stay here.

The snacks and amenities were 1st class. Parking is a little tight. Overall, very nice!

We had a wonderful stay while in town for a concert at the Nugget. The location was great to walk to Victorian Plaza and the venue. Parking was easy on the street in front of the house or at the back of the property behind a gate is offered (did not use). Everything was clean and equipped with all of the amenities needed to feel right at home upon arrival. We brought our dog and it was very nice to have a ‘pet area’ that is fenced off from the main house if needed. Pet sitting is offered upon request too! The added touch which made this place extra special was the complimentary snacks and alternate beverages (wine, beer, energy drinks) available for purchase at a very reasonable price. I felt like I was a guest at a friends house! Would recommend to friends and family! Communication was quick and easy! Thank you so much!
