It's just as beautiful and clean as the posted photos. Gorgeous decor throughout the main house as well as the Bungalow, with custom artistic touches inside and out. Plenty of space for five adults and one toddler. They even provided us with a high chair and a pop-up crib, which was so helpful. Actually, they had everything we needed as a family and more. Even had plenty to do when rain and storms popped up, thanks to the pool table and family games provided. All appliances and electronics are modern and like new. Location was perfect since we wanted a more quiet and laid-back experience. But close enough for a short drive to Clearwater for visiting the Aquarium and lots of shopping. Good cafés, restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Sharon at Seaside Property Shoppe was awesome, and quick to reply to any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone, without hesitation. If you have the opportunity to say here--do it! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely loved this HGTV type house and our stay!!! We had three families and this house was perfect to be together, spread out and enjoy great memories! The convenience of easy beach access, pool, covered decks and peace and quiet was so relaxing. House was totally stocked with everything you would need as well as pool and beach toys. Great location to restaruants, shopping and water sports! Can't wait to return!!!

They home has everything you need and more. We will be back.

This was “our home” for 8 days and the owners and Seaside Properties do a wonderful job of making you feel as though you are in your home relocated to beautiful IRB. The owners have exquisite beach-themed decor - which is sometimes not provided in a rental home. This was an amazing place to stay and we cannot wait to return. The location is very close to many restaurants in walking distance.

Check in was super easy. House was very clean and best stocked house we have ever rented. Location was wonderful. Rental folks were great and very attentive. Would highly recommend this property.
