The house is in a great location and very short walk to the beach. The pool is in the back of the house so more private than other homes we saw which was nice. We had 1 issue where the handle to the oven fell off and they were very responsive to repair that. The only thing the house is really lacking is a stocked kitchen...for a house that sleeps 20 people, there are hardly enough pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. And what is there, really should be replaced as it's all very old, scratched and worn out. In fact, we ended up buying a bunch of disposable tin pans just to be able to serve food out of for the week.

This house was perfect with the number of beds and bathrooms for our 12 man golf trip. Everything was just as described. We’ll definitely book it again!

We had 11 family guys stay here for 4 nights. Having us all in one house worked out great. There was plenty of room to relax on the couches; 10 of us played poker one night around the kitchen table. We would definitely come back.

My group of 8 guys stayed here for a golf trip. The house had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and the courses we played. We would certainly stay here again.

Took a group of 12 golfers to Myrtle and was a little late booking so we couldn't stay where we normally do. It worked out for the best! We may have a new regular place to stay. The house had plenty of room for the 12 of us, exceeded our expectations and the Vacasa team was terrific.

The house is pretty nice with lots of space. The Internet didn’t work the whole time I was there so none of the TVs in the bedrooms could be watched without Internet because they don’t have cable. There is a spot in the kitchen floor that needs to be repaired. Other than that it was a very nice day.

We were playing in a golf outing at Rivers Edge CC in Shallotte and had two houses on the course but needed an overflow house. I stumbled onto this Beach House and it couldn't have worked out an better. Huge place to say in a very private and quiet neighborhood. Easy block walk to a beautiful beach. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Located just off strip of stores, restaurants, and very close to many golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

We were greeted by big dead bugs all over the floors on arrival. Counter was sticky. Bedspread had big stain. Definitely hadn’t been taken care of in awhile. Filter was filthy. Bug crawling on me the last night. Nice pool.

Fantastic house! Large group of golfers for several days! The house was perfect and owners couldn’t have been more helpful! The location is great and so is house. Would be great for a large family vacation as well. I will book this again!

Beautiful house with a 3-minute walk to the beach. The house was spacious and comfortable for our big crowd of 22. Would stay at this property again!

Our family loved our stay in ocean isle such a beautiful island . The house and pool was awesome. So close to the beach. The owner was great too. I would recommend this house.

The house was really nice. Plenty of room for all our family. Very close to beach. The pool was great. Only issue was the cleaning crew didn’t arrive until 10 minutes before check in and they didn’t do a very good job. Part of our group was already there so they knew what time the cleaning people got there.

This house is amazing. Short walk to the beach
Pool in backyard was convenient and perfect for my family. There were 14 of us and we never felt like we were crowded.

Our family had a great time. Plenty of room for our family of 13. We enjoyed the pool , especially after being on the beach all day. We would definitely stay here again. A very friendly family area.

The house is spacious; kitchen is well acquipped; and only a short walk to beach. We particularly loved the hugh patio area with pool. Excellent rental.

The house was conveniently located. Easy access to the beach. Private drive was good for the grandkids to ride bikes around. There was 21 of us and amazingly the house was weirdly quiet meaning the night owls and early risers did not disturb each other. The large pool deck was nice with our large group.

Our family loved our stay in Ocean Isle at this beach house! The house was very convenient to the beach and the wonderful pool was an added attraction and enjoyed by the kids and the adults. The bedrooms were very large, the living spaces a little small but the big deck outside with the picnic tables and comfortable chairs and rockers was like having an extra room! Loren was very responsive to questions and comments. I would definitely recommend this lovely home for a fun beach stay!

What an amazing Spring Break staying at this beautiful home! We rented for our extended family and everyone is still talking about how much fun we had. The house was super clean and the location was so perfect. I would definitely recommend paying more to heat the pool if you are going in the spring before the water heats up. It was so nice! The owner/hostess was very nice and accommodating. I used Heaven Scent for the linens and towels.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a great size and so open that my group could be in different parts but never be isolated. There were plenty of pots and pans that we could use for meals. Some minor cleaning issues where we found stuff under the beds and night stands were sticky. loren was very quick to respond and help assist us when we needed

The home was beautiful. When we got to the home, we found out a few of our family members weren’t going to make it, there was still enough space for everyone, to move around comfortably.
There was one very small issue, the homeowner was contacted & she acted expeditiously in getting the issue resolved.
We’re looking for a reason to come back.

Excellent! We ended up having a group of 18, and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was within 3 minutes walk of the beach.

In general a great house, great location. Very prompt responses from owner. Would definitely come again. A few items in the home (bathroom fan, door knobs, washer/ dryer) we're a little fatigued/wearing out/ needed a little tlc, but again, just if I had to be nit picky. Otherwise very pleased/loved it!
