Great place to stay with kids - the bunk beds were a huge hit, even the adults wanted to stay in that room. Kids and adults had a blast in the playroom. Huge living room/dinning room/kitchen combo. Home was located in a quiet neighborhood on a huge lot. Very close to NH amenities. Rental company was super helpful before and during our stay, Courtney was so nice and gave great advise for places to visit. Can't wait to stay at Birch Landing again and explore NH more!

This property was beautiful! My family, and I loved it so much. It was clean, wonderfully located, and was filled with everything a great family weekend could consist of. The game room was amazing, we had so much fun! We would definitely stay at this property again everyone loved it!

There was plenty of room for sitting and watching TV, playing games, eating, cooking and sleeping. It was a beautiful home with lovely decorations, cozy blankets and 2 refrigerators. The game room was lots of fun! It was a short distance to Cranmore and North Conway. We’d love to visit again.

Favorite thing was the huge dining room table. We had 9 people and we could all sit and enjoy each others company while having dinner. Can't wait to come back (if they will have us)
