I highly recommend this house and renter to anyone looking for rental in the Pensacola area. Forget about Pensacola Beach rental. This house was close to everything and our private beach was great for the kids!

I can’t say enough praises about staying at this home. Any questions or information I needed were immediately addressed by Shelby. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and very inviting. The long back deck is where we spent most of our time. The peaceful and relaxing view of the water was amazing! The incredible sunrise each morning was the perfect way to start the day. Book your next getaway here, you will not be disappointed.

This property was perfect for our family of 10. The little private beach was a hit for the kids. The view is amazing and the community dock was convenient for fishing. The location is great! Close to beach access and short ride to restaurants in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. The owners were fantastic to communicate with. I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!!!!!. To begin with. Shelby and Michael are the best at rapid response! They are always accessible for answering questions in a timely manner!!! Their house is not only beautiful but located in a quiet neighborhood that offers a great opportunity to relax on the back porch facing the water. Downtown Pensacola or Orange Beach are a short drive if you’re interested in shopping or entertainment for yourselves or your children of any age! The house offers two main bedrooms that are located on each side of the house which allows for privacy for the adults. The other two bedrooms are perfect for children or adults. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for the cook in your family. Everything is exceptionally clean and well appointed. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to vacation in the area. We for sure hope to return to this great vacation venue in the near future!! Thank you Shelby and Michael for sharing your home!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit in this home! It was roomy and perfect accommodations for our party of 6 adults and 2 kids. Views were incredible and we had direct access to water + a perfect little shallow beach. Loved the neighborhood setting which allowed us to avoid much of the tourist crowds elsewhere in the area. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Was very pleased when I checked in. House was clean and ready for our stay. Owners are very responsive and with answering any questions we had about the area since we were not familiar with pensacola. House was very comfortable. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Pensacola area.

Beautiful Home Quiet area but not far from everything Loved the Lagoon Sun Rise awesome. Deck with plenty of space. Owners were great to communicate with before during and afterwards

We had a wonderful time staying at this property with friends! Nine of us total, and the layout was perfect to have a family of four on one side of the house and a family of five on the other side. It gave some separation at night with the combined beautiful living space during the day and evening! Back yard beach was a hit with adults and kids alike - we spent most mornings out there before going over to the “big beach” a few minutes away. We did Johnson Beach for the week and it was lovely! We brought kayaks and paddle boards and could utilize the community dock and beach to access the water from there which was easier than going over the backyard rocks. The access point is just one house away! Great communication. Would rent again in a second! Thank you!

We had such a terrific stay at this brand new home on the water. Didn't want to go back home. Views are breathtaking. Accommodations superb. Definitely want to come back.
