The condo was as described, management was responsive to any details needed or reported. The only thing is when your leaving the exit gate there is a tree, and the driveway goes close to the road so be cautious when pulling out even though the road is very minimal of traffic.

The accommodations exceeded all expectations. What a perfect time we had in Hot Springs- and most of it was because Paradise City was an exceptional place to stay. It was immaculate and incredibly fun & comfortable. Will highly recommend to friends & family!

We loved our stay in Paradise City! The condo is immaculate, the decorations were awesome and the pool was so refreshing! It is a quick Uber ride to downtown Hot Springs. I highly recommend this place for a memorable trip!

We recently stayed at Paradise City and had a mixed experience. The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we had, which was greatly appreciated. The amenities, including the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and fun game space, made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, having a washer/dryer on both floors was convenient. However, there were some aspects that didn't meet our expectations. The view of the lake was marred by the highway directly across from the unit, which detracted from the ambiance. The lack of a bedroom on the main floor and the numerous stairs up and down were particularly challenging for my senior mom. It was disappointing that this was not clearly indicated on the listing. Furthermore, we found the lack of privacy on the patio decks unsettling. It felt as though we were sharing the outdoor space with other guests, compromising our sense of seclusion. Overall, while we appreciated the service, comfort, and cleanliness of the condo, it's important to note these specific details about the townhome for future guests. Despite the shortcomings, our stay was pleasant overall; exceeding our expectations in some areas does support the average of the 5 star rating.

Wow! This place was absolutely phenomenal in every way. Our family had the best time at this property, so much so that our kids have requested to go back to Hot Springs this summer instead of to the beach! The basement layout cannot be beat for a kid friendly hangout area. Every little detail was considered, from the coffee bar with supplies including Truvia and flavored syrups, to the comfortable beds and tasteful decor. Can’t wait to return when the pool is open!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at the beautiful, upscale Paradise City! Kitchen had Everything we needed and more! Plenty of seating for our party of 6. Beds were SO comfortable! Beautifully decorated with a cool vibe! The condo was immaculately clean! Will definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you for hosting us!
