This is definitely the WORST place I have ever rented! The place is filthy and disgusting. We saw reviews that said that the place is dirty but, a newer review said that it was renovated, so we figured it would be clean. Wrong! The renovation was a PARTIAL reno. They replaced some floors and improved the kitchen. That's where the reno ended. The shower curtain liners and walls were scummy; the showerheads were clogged with sediment from the water, making for very poor waterflow. The slider windows on the balconies were so dirty that we had to clean them in order to see the view! The HVAC filter was clogged with grime and dirt. It looked like it had not been changed for years and 3 of us got sinus infections from breathing in that gross air. Speaking of gross, every. single. ceiling fan in the condo was black around the fan blades from dirt and the blades were coated with at least 1/4" of dust and dirt and grime. The most aggravating thing about this condo is the fact that while we were there, the elevator was out of order more than it was in working order!!! I contacted iTrip to let them know, and they contacted the building manager. But it took hours and sometimes LOTS of hours for it to get fixed. We were on the 4th floor! In our family and other families on the 4th floor were some people who couldn't easily walk up and down 4 flights of stairs every time they needed to leave the condo for the beach, or to go get groceries or sight-seeing, etc., etc.

We had the best time this week. Check in was very easy and took less than 5 minutes. Parking was the only issue in that a car was double parked the first night, and with no extra spots, my brother had to pay for parking down the street. I loved how insulated the rooms were. My husband and I had one of the rooms with the balcony and were never disturbed by my baby nephew’s cries at night. We rode the elevator with our neighbors and they said they never heard us either. We never used the pool or hot tub because the beach was right there. There was always a spot for our 3 umbrellas and it never seemed too crowded. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed and the 2 fridges were very helpful. And to end Checkout was a breeze. Thanks for sharing this place with us.

Accommodations were very adequate.Some towels were stained. Would have been nice if pool was heated. But overall we were very pleased.

Great place for a large family. Common areas are large and spacious. Location is good and we had plenty of parking for the whole crew. We did have an issue with the elevator upon check in. Communication with the property manager was great, and they had it repaired quickly. Overall great experience. We would book again.

Everything was great about the trip. The property was nice and clean.

The place could use an overall cleaning. Baseboards are very dirty. Lots of dust in the house and all the appliances and countertops needed to be wiped down. Just to let you know we found a weed pipe in one of the cabinets in the kitchen. And the place could use, some larger pots pans for large families. This place was very big and met the needs of all our families. The view was spectacular. Overall the place could use an update, especially the beds and boxsprings. They look pretty dirty. There was a stain in the upstairs bedroom on the bedspread , oh for all we enjoyed our stay and the place spacious, but we probably will not stay here again due to the cleanliness.

Excellent location and beach view was great. Plenty of room for all. If we do this again next year this would be our choice.

I am not sure the last time this property was rented but quite a few things need attention. Exposed outlet in the kitchen Exposed light in shower on first level Showers drain very SLOW Exposed light on 2nd level balcony (picture) Burn marks on several of the bathroom vanity/sink tops Several outlets on level 1 that do not work at all, it would have been helpful to have the many light switches labeled No starter trash bags, dishwasher pods or laundry detergent No kitchen towels or pot holders (we did call and 2 kitchen towels were dropped off) I read in past reviews that the kitchen was not equipped with the proper cookware and I was shocked that it was not rectified. The cookware looks at best for a small 1 bedroom apartment not a home that accommodate 16 adults. I was not about to go purchase cookware for this weekend but we sure had to get creative to complete a meal. The location on the beach was great and I made it through the elevator being out our first 2 days,(was repaired) but for what I paid $$$$ for off season I expected 5 stars.
