Highly recommend!

Overall a perfect situation in a perfect location. Walk into town for coffee. Drive 20mins to the mountain. Walk to the grocery store for dinner. The home had everything we needed.

Location is perfect, quickly walkable to everything in Sandpoint. Accommodations were comfortable and homey feeling, hot tub was great after a day at Schweitzer! We will be back.

The home was the perfect place to put employees up that had to be in town. Way better than a hotel. Very clean and quiet.

My husband enjoyed the hot tub and we thought the backyard was really great. Lots of seating, a cool fire pit and the shed in the back has bikes, umbrellas, folding chairs ect for all your outdoor needs. The location is great and allows you to walk into town within a few blocks.

This was a great base for a family ski trip. The location is quite and very walkable to a cute part of town. Also, the hot tub was excellent!

Great location in Sandpoint. The home is older but still adequate. The backyard was fantastic especially since we bought our dogs. The owner put a lot of effort into holiday details, which made the home very warm during the holiday.

Great house in an ideal location. Walkable to everything in town. Very roomy and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. The backyard is a bonus with BBQ, fire pit & hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and cozy. Check in was super easy as was checking out. The back yard is beautiful and so inviting. It really adds to the experience. We will be back!

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this property with my family of 5 and another couple of 4 along with one pet. We needed a home that could accommodate 2 adult couples and 5 children that was centerally located with easy access to a local soccer field. First, the soccer tournament dates changed and the home owner was willing to change the dates for us and shorten the stay. She was very responsive to any correspondance sent, even while at the home. Secondly, the home came well equiped with items for entertainment (games, subscribed TV options, Alexa) along with a fantastic hot tub in the back yard. Speaking of the backyard, it's wonderful. It's a great space to hang out and have dinner or a nice glass of wine by the fire place. The sleeping quarters were adequate for our needs. Beds were comfortable. Fans provided in each room helped keep it cool. Home is quiet and cozy. The home is within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. But if you don't want to walk, the provided Kurig can brew up a mean cup of coffee. Definitely looking forward to rebooking for next years tournament.

This is a suitable dog-friendly property, with an enclosed backyard - which was important criteria for our trip. The host has thought of and provides many necessities to easily settle in, making it a home away from home. It is evident that the host is conscientious of their tenants comfort. Although you will be drawn to walking the conveniently short distance into town and the lakeside often during your stay, it would be a shame to miss out on enjoying time in the spacious and well-thought out arrangement of the backyard – with a hot tub. It is an older home, and as mentioned in a previous review, the stairs to the second floor are steep. It’s great that the property is within very close proximity to the lake and downtown, but because of that there are the noises associated with those of staying near businesses. It is a charming property. The host made it so easy to enjoy our extended weekend stay. Yes, we would choose to stay here again.

This is our second time staying. It’s the perfect location with so many great places to walk to. The gym, coffee, grocery store and downtown Sandpoint are all in walking distance.

Great house for family and friends. Backyard perfect especially for entertaining. Hot tub was an excellent addition! Was not a fan of the narrow steep stairs and no dresser in the main bedroom but overall great place

This was such a perfect house! It is all in the details! The host has all the little things you need! Thank you! Thank you! The backyard is beautiful! We had a large family wedding and was able to have people over for a bbq used the fire pit and spa. Easy walking distance from downtown! Many friends stayed in the local hotels and came over each morning to sit on the porch for coffee! Cannot say enough of how perfect this house was! Thank you for lovely accommodations!

Wonderful location in Sandpoint. Close to Schweitzer mountain, beautiful area overall. Photo's represent the house well. Master bedroom nice, with a nice mattress. Water gets really hot, stairs are not very child friendly and no doors on upstairs rooms are main downsides. We had a wonderful time and visited with little kids (2,3,5) Great communication, lots of entertainment on tv and games. Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Overall a very nice place to stay.

It was great walking everywhere…to the store, downtown shops and restaurants. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable. The only negative was the backyard is not user friendly as it has no grass, just dirt (or mud if it rains). Not ideal for our dog.

Great house great location perfect for our visit

We loved our stay here in Sandpoint! Laura was very responsive to our questions before and during our trip. The house is clean and the location is great!! It is quiet, yet still within walking distance to a grocery store, downtown shopping and restaurants, and the beach! It is also about 30 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain. Great place to relax and have fun!

This house had everything we needed! It was the perfect size for our family get together. It was nicely decorated and so nice to have Christmas decorations to get us all in the Christmas spirit! The location was great. We walked everywhere...grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc. No complaints here and would definitely stay again.

Our family spent 10 days in this cute clean house and loved it. It is warm, cozy and located in the heart of town. It would be great for a small family reunion as it sleeps at least 8 comfortably. Hope to do it again.

All our needs were met for our family which consisted of 5 adults and three children under the age of 5. It was roomy comfortable and well supplied. There was even two portable gates to prevent the twins from climibing stairs or get to the room off the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with everything you would want for cooking and grooming. Access to a very nice washer and dryer was also helpful. The location was so close to down town, and there are an assortment of bikes in the garage. Sandpoint is a walking and biking town. Your home was perfect for our family.
