location!

first of all checkin was 1 hour delayed. the room’s a/c was not working and I called reception 1000 times and no one could offer anything. concierge was not answering whole day. service is really 0 here!!! Only the location is good but other things is really very very bad! I would not recommend anyone to stay here. also there is no outdoor pool or beach as shown in the pictures. i don’t know why they putted in photo galleryz

The room had a lovely view. The team could not have been more friendly. Lovely pool.

The location is outside St Tropez and a little off the beaten track. So it is a car journey every time you need to go anywhere. The food in the restaurant was not great and very expensive. We had a very dry pasta and tomato dish one evening.

Breakfast was good. It would have been nice to change up some of the cheeses, meats, breads a little bit. The breakfast staff was great. Conceirge and drivers were great.

The lady sweeping the patio was doing it at 8:30 moving all the chairs around, sweeping up dust. Really should have been done before breakfast opened. Otherwise from breakfast, the F+B was unfortunately not really 5*. This seems to be the case at the Sibuet Hotels. We also stayed previously in Megeve and Menerbes. Both of those also were beautiful facilities but it seems like the management doesn't put the same emphasis on the F+B department. I don't want to list all the little things that could have been better, but when you are a 5* hotel, little things matter.
