Everthing was ok

It is very simple but very welcoming. You got any thing u need, the room is super confortable, the breakfast is perfect, all the staff has a smile ready for you, the position if you are working at the messe is perfect, 5 minutes walking.

A fridge in the room would be helpful

The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Everything was fresh and fine, the room also had a fan which was awesome addition during the heat. Also people and staff were really nice and welcoming! Highly recommend.

The staff, the cleanliness of the rooms (excellent), the breakfast. The location was good too: I was on a business trip. Ease of access both into Dusseldorf and to/from the airport.

The only criticism I have is soft pillows. I like a sturdier pillow (two, in fact). It impacted my sleep. Would be good to have a choice. There is plenty of cupboard space where extra (harder) pillows could be kept. The bed itself was not too soft which, for me, was perfect.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel and room. Both are tended to and maintained wonderfully and little extra touches in the room made me feel very welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and went out of their way to help with my luggage. Even though I had a single room it was extremely spacious and had a balcony. The location itself was a amazing and is a bus ride away from the city and airport. I definitely plan on staying here again.

I would have liked if there was a mini fridge in the room but a very small and minor detail for an overall excellent stay.
