Less families with noisy children running around would be more suitable for the category/price of the hotel.

We visit here as 1st year anniversary of the marriage. The place is very clean and gorgeous. the staff are nice and well educated. More than anything, we loved the spa! it’s so well equipped and relaxing. we will definitely come back soon.

The setting on the terrace for breakfast was spectacular..... so beautiful.... and the breakfast selections were so varied and delicious, something for everyone. Loved the attentive service and the friendliness of all the staff, always a smile and a good day.

We thought the whole visit was just perfect, I cannot think of anything negative to say or criticize.

Facilities, size of the room, location, staff.

The only thing worth of mention is about the air conditioning of the room. It did not work properly. I was told that this type of air conditioning was through the walls with gas pipes. Howerver it didn´t work. The staff solved the problem by bringing a portable air conditioning. I think the hotel should be more specific about it in the description of the room.

the restaurant, the food was very bad at the Bavarian restaurant there is a no swimsuit policy in the saunas which is very odd

An upmarket hotel in beautiful lakeside situation. The staff were very friendly and food was excellent. Our room was large and exceptionally comfortable with an indirect view on to the lake.

Not much at all. Possibly a few more menu options in the Bayernstube and Restaurant Barcaiolo.
