Fantastic location clean and very clean and lovely linen on beds. Would loved to be able to stay more than one night but it is a bit pricey.

The only thing that let it down was the age of the home. It is very weathered, and some doors are hard to open and the showers are old.

Property is old but clean and tidy. Beds where very comfortable and the host is amazing in accommodating any requests

Dated bathrooms but you get exactly what you see so there wasn’t any surprises

The location and access to the beach is great

Location onto the beach was superb. We were a little concerned about the Frankston area as it is a bit rough but we didn't notice much as it was an easy walk to the shopping centre and so it didn't impact our stay at all.

The courtyard leading out to the beach was not that tidy and a little disappointing

The views, the clean air, the proper timber fireplace. Huge place, the sound of the sea and liked the BBQ facilities

The sink water was a bit slow to drain but otherwise we really enjoyed it.

Location was good as the house was right on the beach.

The house was in disrepair. Some electrical outlets were damaged or did not work. There was an electrical wire running along the wall above the shower?? Windows and doors were not insulated. Paint was peeling off interior walls and ceilings.
