When we got there all the sheets and blankets were thrown on the bed and still dirty.

This is probably the worst stay I have had anywhere. Upon arriving, the unit was not the cleanest. Their is mild in the bathroom sink, hair on the towels and food crumps through out. While those things are not major, our issues through out the night were horrible! The lights in the bedrooms would turn themselves on all through the night, even if the switches were off. Also making the rooms very hot and uncomfortable. If the lights turning on while you are trying to sleep aren’t bad enough, the furnace would not turn off and would make a loud screaming noise all night. I would not recommend this unit to anyone!

We sent 3 hour in the room, went out got back around 12:00 midnight, slep 8 hours and left. That’s $260, 8 of them I’m sleeping. Not worth what I payed.

I like the location. Everything was within walking distance. The condo was clean and very relaxing. The place I needed to go was seven min down the street from where the condo was.

The only thing that I could see that could have been done better if the windows were clean. The windows had a lot of finger prints where I guess the people who rented the place before us had kids. The toilet seat was loose and the tv in the bedroom was not setup.

Absolutely everything! It was a perfect location, felt super safe! There was not one thing not to like! I just wish we had stayed longer!

Location was perfect! In the vicinity of everything but far enough away that you didn't have to deal if you didn't want to. Condo was very nice, clean and up to date! Loved the communication about parking and everything that went with being in Lexington. The security was phenomenal, even though I never felt unsafe.

Nothing, really. The facility was very nice, but the lights in the hallway from the elevator to the room were out. In the room, the living area TV wouldn't connect to the internet, and we had some other internet issues that we were able to correct, but the living room TV didn't work properly. I'm nitpicking to even say that.

I loved the location and how secure the building was.

It would have been nice if it had better parking situation instead of paying the garage fees across the street.

The city view was very nice and the amenities was very nice

The overall cleanliness of the room was very disappointing for the price and location. Found an empty popcorn bag with a condom wrapper in it under the bed, dirty glasses in the kitchen and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and came back from a concert to a roach on the floor in the kitchen.

Very clean and comfortable. Felt like home.

They promptly answered any questions before we arrived. Access to parking in the building was simple. The condo was clean, spacious and the views and location were perfect. Will definitely book this unit in the future!

Stained/Dirty Sheet & Cannabis Smell Outside Unit

Loved the location for exploring the Bourbon Trail. The condo is as described and comfortable. Eclectic pubs within walking distance. Love that street parking is free from 700pm - 900am weekdays. The notebook of information was nice to have..

All-in-all the condo was clean. However, there was a full dishwasher with dirty, smelly dishes 🤢. We tried to call/ text number provided. No response, so we washed the previous family’s dishes 😣for our own comfort. Management needs to discuss with housekeeping and renegotiate the fee.

Clean, spacious, view was fantastic. Price was wonderful for a holiday, and Claire responded immediately when we had an issue with the heat. It was fixed before we even got back to the property. Super quiet and secure.

No onsite parking, and need a new coffee maker - lol.

The property is very secure and in a great location downtown. Apartment was clean, lots of room, great layout and comfortable.

Building is somewhat hard to locate because the name is hidden by bushes or trees.

Perfect location, breathtaking views of the city, and convenient to downtown Lex! Text check-in, cameras everywhere, and door and elevator codes made us feel very safe at the property!

It was walkable to alot of places and eateries.

Never had breakfast, didn't know it was offered. Nice, clean & location was perfect.

We did find a baby roach crawling on the floor & the pull out couch SUCKS.

Loved the room, was extremely clean and lovely.

No place to actually stop to drop luggage, and no luggage carts.

The property was clean and in an amazing location.

There was a loud drilling noise that I’m assuming came from the air conditioning system, every 45 minutes.

Clean and modern with a great view, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice kitchen. Ability to wash clothes if needed.

The elevator seemed to need maintenance

Great location. Door codes worked perfectly. Good communication. New modern apartment.

The place was great. The only issues I had were, I couldn't turn off the light to the fan without turning off the fan as well. This may have been a user error but I couldn't figure it out before I left. An inconvenience for me was there was no ethernet port in the room which put a damper on the gamin pc I brought with me. Overall a good place that I would stay at again. I did meet the cleaning lady while I was staying there an she was very friendly and it was pleasant to converse with her.

I loved the fact that there was a stacked washer drier unit. Even better was the fact that you had 3 pods for washing and 3 fabric softener sheets. I was needing to do laundry and with this being a downtown location, I was not sure how easy it would be to find detergent, etc. So ... please keep doing that as it saved me so much headache in not needing to go find the laundry detergent pods!!!

Wifi had it's moments. I arrived on a Sunday and the bandwidth did not seem adequate because the game was poor - pixilated and blurred.
