Remek helyen volt, a tenger egy pár méterre. Minden egy jó kis sétatávolságra. A kikötő az üzletek a közelbe. A taxi 20 euróért (fix ár) hozott el a reptérről. A reggeli minden igényt kielégítő (tojás, bacon, kolbász, sajtok felvágott, zöldség, édes sütemények stb. A kávégépet (mindent tud) egész nap lehet használni. Gyümölcs van kirakva egész nap és a hűtőben gyümölcslé. A szobákban is van kávéfőző. Tiszta, szépen berendezett szobák, nagyon kedves segítőkész személyzet. Ajánlom a hop on-hop off busz mindhárom útvonalát. Vallettába a komp 2 euró/fő. Szuper szállás csak ajánlani tudom.

The lack of Wide Mirror and mini fridge inside the room

Las instalaciones excelentes, bonito e impecable. La chica que está a la hora del desayuno en el local, súper amable y el desayuno está muy bien también.

Cuando haces la reserva con booking.com pone la calle Windsor, pero no pone el número (es el 50). Con lo cual si no has podido ver el email que te envían horas antes, es imposible llegar a la puerta en taxi. El letrero es pequeño, casi no se ve a menos que estés enfrente a 1 metro. El taxi después de muchas vueltas (con el doble casi de costo) y varias llamadas mías (internacionales) no encontró el lugar y tuvimos que caminar varias calles, con las maletas y estaba lloviendo!! En la noche no hay nadie en el lugar para abrirte o salir a la puerta a indicarte como llegar. Dato: está al lado del Hotel Windsor, para que no tengáis que caminar con las maletas bajo de lluvia de noche...

All was perfect, very modern, new, spacious and beautiful rooms. Very good servise and helpful and kind staff, very rich and delicious breakfast offering all you need. We really liked everything about this place to stay and would definetely come back!

Alles! Sehr nette Dame, die sich um alles kümmert. Top ausgestatteten Zimmer und sehr gutes leckeres Frühstück. Viele sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe , bis zum Meer nur 200m.

My room had no windows and it smelled a little bit weird.

Really nice and helpful staff! Room cleaned up everyday, new bottle of water was added. Good breakfast, with selection of cold and warm food. The room was nicely decorated, had also a small terrace. We have received traditional card to open the room, no app was required (as I've read in the comments before). Would definitely come back!

Rooms without windows nor daily light

Lovely room, large bathroom, massive bed and large balcony. Very clean. Natasha provided a variety at breakfast keeping everything topped up even if you went down later. Love the long breakfast time so you could get up early for a trip or have a lie in.

Would like a guest book with tips of places to visit

We had a very pleasant stay at Belle Boutique during our vacation in Malta. The room was very big and clean and there was air conditioning, which was a blessing with all the heat outside. Cleaning and changing of towels was done daily, coffee was provided in the room daily (apart from the one available in the breakfast room) and the lady assisting the breakfast was very attentive. She also prepared us the hot food on the spot every morning. As for Ana, who assisted our online check in process, she made sure everything went smoothly and she was even available to be contacted at the late hours we arrived at the accommodation because of our flight delay. She also offered to help us with anything we might have needed to make our stay there even better. Thank you! The location of the hotel is also very convenient, as it is very close to the center of Sliema, there are bus stops nearby, good places to eat and even a couple of family/mini markets for those interested in buying things like fruit, water or any other type of snacks.

The online check-in process was annoying. First, I couldn't load the page than you had to download the app for a digital key that didn't work. The staff was friendly and helped me to solve this on the phone, but I didn't like this experience.

Very hard uncomfortable bed, noisy area because of hotel next door

Location good. Breakfast adequate

This hotel opened only recently. Management has a lot to do to get it right and should revisit its business plan. Although the booking.com entry does not mention it, the hotel is unmanned (except for the person who makes breakfast and cleans rooms). Access to the building is by means of a PIN, which is emailed in advance. The next stage is where problems occur. Once inside you are required to load an App in order to register, and then use a further App to unlock your room via your phone. This may work for the tech-savvy and with a modern Iphone/Galaxy etc.. phones, but it doesn't work for someone with an elderly but otherwise perfectly serviceable Nokia. Only after a series of frustrating phone calls did a member of the management team agree to unlock by room remotely. I asked why it was not possible to have a key card. After some toing and froing, and with rather bad grace, was this agreed. It took over four days for the card to arrive and in the meantime it was necessary to wedge my room door ajar to maintain access, and so carry anything of any value on my person: not satisfactory! The rooms are quite large, and basic but adequate, but the bathroom was a triumph of style over substance: it lacked any shelving where one could put toiletries and the shower cubicle was too small for anyone beyond early adolescence to use properly. The hot water tap in my bathroom needed to run for a good 10 minutes before reaching temperature - very wasteful on a dry island - and towels were not changed as far as I could tell for the entire 10 day stay. The continental breakfast was basic but adequate. The location is quite good, being convenient for the excellent bus service to Valletta and beyond. Overall the shortcomings were so great as to seem to me to represent poor value for money at the price charged and I would not want to return unless I could be assured that the access system was properly open to those of us who do not rely on tech!
