Lovely place with amazing views. Superb room with all amenities. Kind and responsive hosts.

it's not in the city centre so u have to plan ur day properly. but the hotel was beautiful we did stay in the hotel for the day. we were here beginning of Apr. it was still too cold and rainy there was a heating in the rooms but the floor was so cold we had to wear our shoes the whole time in side the house.

The hosts were really nice and helped us with everything we needed. The free shuttle to Sorrento was very helpful. Hosts guided us on how to get to the main attractions in the area. Room was cleaned daily.

The bedsheets could have been cleaner. Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Jet spray in bath was leaking. AC did not uniformly distribute the heat and cold across the room.

The hotel was really quaint and the views were spectacular. Free shuttle bus every hour into town, and the staff could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

Easy to get in contact with the receptionists via WhatsApp, and everyone was very helpful and service-minded. The view from the hotel terrace and the hotel room balcony was amazing. Breakfast (croissants and yoghurt) was packed in a bag for us so we could take it back to our room or have it at the hotel terrace together with the coffee that we also got. There was a shuttle bus from/to the hotel and into Sorrento - an approx. 15 min drive. Worked very well. Would most definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was spacious, exceptionally clean and had the most amazing views from the balcony. All the staff were so kind and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying here again.

The view, the shuttle, and the staff were all so amazing!

I know they can’t help this, but the walls are very thin. We could hear a lot from the room next to us.

As lovely as the staff and views are in my opinion a +9 rating is extremely generous and somewhat misleading for this hotel.

The location - its secluded, high up on a hill and nothing is within walking distance because the roads really are a bit too dangerous and steep to walk. There is a free bus shuttle every hour but in reality you would need a car. The pool - is not ideally situated after 13:00 it's moving into the shade and the area around the pool is shady. Rooms are clean but basic. The rooftop terrace is sunny and bright but feels a bit uncomfortable to stay much longer then a single drink due to its lack of design and comfort. Hopefully in the future they can transform this space into something wonderful.

The view from our balcony and terrace was breathtaking. Many seats for a leisurely breakfast. Although we didn’t use the pool, there were many beds to use. The staff were absolutely amazing.

Rooms were a bit outdated but nice to lay your head.

The view was breathtaking, it was peaceful and calm, the staff was very nice and were available to help with any questions. They called to make reservations at the restaurant next door which was very yummy and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a “bar” with croissants, coffee, water, yogurt, etc. I paid extra for the one bedroom apartment with a view and it was beautiful and clean. The pool was nice. We had a beautiful time.

Because the hotel is not in the Sorrento city center, (15 minutes away), it took us a little while to get used to the free bus shuttle schedule. But that was just our experience. The staff gives you a paper copy of the schedule at check in and explain everything.

The amazing views. The staff were also pleasant and welcoming and very helpful. Room had a kitchenette which was great. Restaurant next door was really good. The steak was awesome.

Rooms need renovation or a bit of an upgrade. Bathroom mirror was too high to be of any use. More/better mirrors would be great. Other guests hanging their clothes to dry on the balcony frames is not a very pleasant sight. Gives the hotel a poor image.

Loved, loved ❤️ this place... The view was amazing at night. The first day we were there, we had the storm. We were just dropped off by the shuttle bus from the center, and it was pouring. We were all soaked going to our room. But it didn't bother us. It was part of the experience..Then after the storm, this beautiful double rainbow 🌈 came out. They said it was a blessing. The staffs were very accomodating, helpful and attentive. From Giovanni whom we met at the reception to Vincenzo's free breakfast every morning. Free coffee, croissant or juice. It just a simple touch which makes a difference since you are on top of the hill and not much restaurants around. Free laundry is a bonus..Its there the next day or the day of.. If I have to come back to Sorrento, this is a place to be..Just an amazing experience we had.

They could have more mirror in the room. It only has one in the bathroom. But not a big deal at all.

Alberto took care for us from the beginning to the end - complementary breakfast in the room, roses and cake surprise for my birthday, everything we need was a pleasure for him to supply. The hotel has amazing view , free shuttle to the town, parking , swimming pool with relax area. recommend this place and we will return again as soon as possible.

absolutely nothing

Our room was cold and very noisy. No sound insulation. The room needed updating, the bathroom fittings were rusty and the hairdryer useless. The internet functioned intermittently.

No bad words to say about this place. The staff were exceptional and so helpful! Take all of their recommendations on where to go for dinner!!!! Ignore the other reviews r.e the shuttle, it’s fine, quick and a really good service, would 100% come back here!!!!

Excellent location, superb view over the city, room with a well-equipped kitchenette, but most of all the staff was exceptional. We would have liked to extend it but they were undergoing renovations and it was not possible. Definitely, an excellent choice for Sorrento, especially since it also offers a free shuttle.
