Overall the property was great - nice view from the unit and great pool and hut tub. The unit could benefit from upgraded TV channels. Communication with the property manager was quick and seamless.

This condo is well appointed, including everything you might need (kitchen, blow dryer, beach towels). The manager was excellent and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The unit has a great and quiet view (canal / lake side). The bbq was easy to use. The pool and beach was relatively quiet (did not need our beach chairs), even though we were there in summer. Great for family oriented stays but also for couples wanting to relax on the veranda. We had no problem with the air conditioning or the TV. Highly recommend this unit.

Host is aware of poor functioning AC based on recent reviews. It cannot keep up in hot conditions above 30 degrees on the top floor. Had 4 terrible hot night sleeps, i made the Host aware, after multiple attempts to contact. Finally they replied. Promised compensation for the insanely hot stay and AC not working. Then has avoided a reply to myself or VRBO. If you can find another apartment at this building i would recommend staying. But i would highly recommend not staying with this host. They are misleading and playing dumb until your stay is over. Great location, terrible experience w kids in a heat wave. The Host needs to keep thier word. Two thumbs down for the Host and experience dealing with them.

The unit was everything that said it would be in the resort is an amazing location and facilities, close to everything yet private and away from the city.

The condo itself gets a high rating. Clean and with all the pots, pans etc. There is a great view from the balcony. Good location too.
The tv needs an upgrade. The channels are pretty much limited to news and game shows. We could have streamed Netflix etc. but it’s not a smart tv and the condo really needs one.
It was quite warm at night but we couldn’t get any AC. Perhaps there isn’t any?
The lobby doors were locked Sat. morning meaning no elevator so we had to pack out our stuff via 6 flights of stairs. That’s a challenge for a couple of seniors and the elevator was a priority for us when we booked. Very disappointing!

I had to go to Kelowna to visit my 83 year old sister, in the hospital. Having this lovely condo to come home to in the evenings, was lovely!
The area is safe, the view is spectacular, and the condo was fully equipped.

Nice stay at Barona Beach. Balcony and view of lake was lovely. Unit was clean and well equipped. Good parking spot out front. We enjoyed our stay and had a nice dinner on balcony one evening with the bbq and some okanagan wine.

Only issue there were no tv channels for downtime and that really didn’t bother me ….. what did bother me is the TV was NOT A SMART TV so we could login to our Amazon Prime or Netflix Account.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the place was spotless, had everything we needed and more! Lovely views, perfect vacation stay!!!! Thank you!!

Condo was great and had everything you needed. Even extras like coffee, tea, saran wrap, foil etc. The carpet should be replaced with hardwood or something similar. Also the TV was terrible. Could only find 3 channels that worked and one was for a foreign country. Thankfully the view was awesome so spent most of our time on the balcony. Overall enjoyed it.
