Our family gathered for a wedding celebration in Santa Monica. The home we rented was delightful. Great location, secure & a two car garage for parking. All of the fixtures & fittings appeared to be brand new. Exceptional kitchen. Flooring, carpets bedding etc., all perfect. We recommend!

We were in town for my daughter's graduation from UCLA. This house served our needs perfectly! Very clean and modern. Extremely accessible to all of the places we needed to be. The owners were fantastic with communication. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable, and strategically located nearby Venice beach and some good cafes. The view from the rooftop was also nice to experience during the cool evenings.
We'd consider staying here again in the future.

Everything was just as described! Very nice place! Our only complaint was that most of us enjoy our morning coffee. Big disappointment that all there was was a nespresso machine with 5 provided pods. We went to the grocery store to purchase more but the size needed was not available. A regular Mr Coffee pot or a Keurig would have made all us coffee lovers happy and satisfied. Ended up buying instant coffee 😢 Also no coffee mugs…basically a soup bowl with a handle. If that gets fixed, all would be perfect!!!

The rental was everything we had hoped for on our spring break trip this year. They do a very good job at describing what to expect and making sure that this property fits your needs. Had more than enough room, very clean and we loved the fact that it had parking included. Would recommend this location again.

Perfect! Having the bedrooms on separate levels gave us a bit of privacy. The living space had everything we needed. Location was right in the middle of everything we did and made getting to and from the airport a breeze.

My sorority sisters and I were very thankful for this townhome as we visited LA during a rainstorm that lasted 3 days! We had plenty of room to relax, play card games, watch movies and spend time indoors together. The townhome is very clean and we felt very safe. We walked to a new coffee shop (yes, in the rain) every morning!

Everything was amazing, lots of stairs but for my family it didn’t matter it didn’t faze us everything was clean and beautifully decorated and the rooftop was beautiful great location felt very safe and very secluded

Great time. Rented a car and went to a basketball and hockey game, Warner bros, Disney,Venice beach and the Pier.
Town house was awesome, well equipped, clean, high end appliances and finished well. Great location. 12 minutes from LAX and close to freeways. Garage, 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a top floor balcony. Lots of stairs but our family of 6 adults was fine with the stairs.
Would stay here again.

This was a very clean and modern home. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner checked in on us a couple of times via email to make sure everything was going well.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was just as described. The roof top sitting area is the hit.
What was disappointing, was the location is not as described, it’s about a 20 minute drive to the ocean, where the location shows it’s about a 15 minute walk. This created some challenges for us and was highly disappointing as we need to adjust our plans.
There is also lots of confusion with our check-in, which created more stress for us.

This property is excellent. Check in/out instructions were very easy to follow. The property was gorgeous. The neighborhood was very safe. I wish I could have stayed longer. The location was central to all the places I had to get to. I hope it's available again when I visit LA in the future.

Everything was there to make our stay pleasurable. Having salt and pepper, while seemingly a nit, was clutch when making eggs and realizing we didn't get any. Same for the olive oil The shower products were excellent. Grocery store close. Easy access to freeway. The place is decorated well, beds were comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this location and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the property and its proximity to numerous activities. It is spacious and we all loved the roof area. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The property is exactly as pictured. Everything is new and modern. Yes, there are a lot of steps, but this was not an issue for our family. The home is very well appointed, and the property manager was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The rooftop patio is great, as is having the garage!

Was a great place to spend a couple nights. Cute, safe little neighborhood and close by to everything. Great communication and garage was awesome. Parking is hard in this area so was nice to have a place to park and feel like our car was safe.

Make sure you’re ok with lots of stairs. We enjoyed our stay though I wasn’t sure about some of the towels and sheets— I found hairs in the bed when I pulled back the covers and they didn’t necessarily smell freshly laundered.

We stayed 2 nights at this property. Great location. Excellent good options nearby - Sidecar donuts and Ike’s sandwiches are 10 mins away.
The garage is awesome to have parking included. The place was clean. Plentiful amenities.

Most beach homes do not feel like a home, however this property is home away from home. If you are conducting business in the area, its a great stay.

Such a wonderful stay, 5 stories garage bottom floor.
Modern and well kept. Enjoyed every bit of it, rooms extremely spacious and great lounging/ kitchen floor.
If you don’t mind the stairs this place is perfect. We especially Enjoyed the rooftop balcony with our group every night.

Modern and beautiful interior. Less than desireable buildings surround kill some of the view.
Lots and lots of stairs but was expected.
Considering most of our stuff to do was in West Hollywood the traffic was a killer but not their fault.
All in all...enjoyed.
