The house was everything we expected and more. Watching the sunrise from your own bed was an experience like we had never seen before. Really enjoyed taking the kayaks out everday. They were really nice angler kayaks! We would highly recommend staying here.

We loved this home! We took four teens for our daughter’s graduation trip and there was plenty of room to spread out. We loved how much seating there was outside to take in all of the views. It’s shockingly beautiful. We toured Eureka and went to Silver Dollar City but the best days during our stay were the ones that we stayed in, fished, kayaked and made memories at the house. The host went above and beyond for us, made sure we had everything we needed to have the best time. Could not be more pleased with our stay!

The moment I walked into this home the views blew me away…but views are just the ‘icing on the cake’ to what makes this place so great! Everything about this home is well thought out and met our needs for a ‘home away from home’. Easy access to the lake, kayaks, outdoor living areas were set up & ready for us to just enjoy ourselves. We had an incredible time! Even our rainy ‘inside day’ felt like a beautiful day on the lake. Thank you!!

We stayed at clear view cottage for a long weekend and we had so much fun! It was very well stocked! It was very peaceful!! Also loved using kayaks! We saw deer and a bald eagle which was really cool! The view was amazing! We loved everything about this cottage! Just be very careful with the stairs. Would love to stay again if we come back to the area

What a beautiful place to stay. It rained for 2 days straight so didn’t get much fishing in but enjoyed the view. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful home on a gorgeous lake. House was well appointed and felt like home. Spent days sitting on the deck enjoying the lake view and sitting around the fire pit. Visited the small, old town of Eureka Springs where we did some shopping, sight seeing and eat lunch. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

We booked this stay for my son’s 9th birthday trip and it was PERFECT for my little outdoor lover. Plenty of amenities and the perfect location to make it fun for all our boys, yet it still felt safe. The company was wonderful to work with and everything was so easy. We all loved our stay here!

My best friend and I stayed here with our kids (10, 13 and 14) over spring break. It was a great location for day trips to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We'd love to make a return trip, maybe sometime when it's warmer and we could take advantage of swimming or kayaking.

Great layout and amenities. Wonderful response from owners when we had needs or questions. Loved the drives to Eureka Spings and Rogers for some fun. Even on a cold weekend…we had a great time!!

This place was fantastic. Very well stocked kitchen with a variety of pots, pans and utensils. Panoramic view from the living room was spectacular! The place was extremely clean and the small touches were exceptional. Would highly recommend for a family or an adult getaway. Grill, propane, firewood, wager and dryer… I could go on and on. The hosts were great communicating with and quick to respond. No need to look any further, just book it!

The place was as described. Nicely furnished with everything you need to cook. The property is right on the water. We look forward to coming back when we can enjoy the lake. The owners are very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

This property is a tru gem. We came in with high expectations based on the pictures and the owners truly exceeded our expectations with their preparation cleanliness and unbelievable views. We watched bald eagles in the morning and local deer in the afternoon. Evenings were spent by the variety of fireplaces on the property. The kitchen is so well equipped you could feed small army. The bedrooms are well appointed and the water sports available on property or more than adequate. Even though there are other homes nearby, you felt like you were in the woods on the lakefront and have everything all to yourselves, very peaceful and quiet both day and night.

Clearview Cottage was the perfect place for a small family reunion over the holiday. The property was clean and well stocked and perfect for a family that loves to cook together. The views of the lake were amazing and the deer herd and a bald eagle over the water always were delightful. The location was well suited for day trips to Crystal Bridges, War Eagle Mill, and the Pea Ridge Battlefield Park. Bill was quick to respond with helpful answers to our questions. This is an outstanding property and location and we highly recommend Clearview Cottage!

Great views of the lake. House was well maintained, cute decor! Had everything we needed.

Overall we had a great stay here and I do recommend it but I do have a few words of caution for people with mobility issues. This is a lovely house and it is true to the photos you see on line. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The view of the lake and mountains (especially in the Fall) was gorgeous. We were able to take advantage of the free use of kayaks and to make a fire in the fire pit where we roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. Wood is provided as well as metal forks/rods for roasting hot dogs. It was easy to get a hold of the owner when we had a couple of questions. Truly, we had no complaints. For people with mobility challenges be aware there are two stories and only one bedroom on the first floor. The stairs going down to the bottom floor are very steep & narrow. They were a challenge for everyone including the grandkids. My husband and I have trouble with our balance and did not feel comfortable taking the stairs (or trying to take suitcases down the stairs) so we stayed upstairs. Our son, his wife & their kids (ages 38,36,13, &5) all stayed downstairs where there are three bedrooms and the washer and dryer. You are asked to wash the towels you use before you leave and to strip your beds and to leave the sheets by the washer. We were grateful our kids did all of this for us as it would have been more of a struggle for us. The walk to the lake is over rocks so you might want to bring a walking stick to help.

With the canvas of the Creator as a backdrop, the breathtaking setting of your house was stunning upon our arrival! From the sunrise over the tops of the golden red fall leaves to the setting sun as it flickered over the lake, the scenery became a picture on a postcard. The design of the home was compelling: the windows set to take advantage of the gorgeous lakefront; the high ceilings accented with the gorgeous beams; the wrap-around porch - every inch thoughtfully put together. Our family had plenty of room - and every convenience - to serve us beautifully! It was refreshing, relaxing, and so much more to be your guest, and we thank you for providing such a lovely retreat in the Arkansas mountains for travelers from Louisiana. The Beard Family

We were very pleased with the property/house. The house and views were wonderful. Towels, supplies and accommodations were awesome. We enjoyed the views of the lake, the squirrels, deer and birds. House had everything we needed and was super clean. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This cottage was a dream to stay in for the week. It had everything we needed and more. Definitely somewhere we would revisit on future trips to beaver lake. The house was quite spacious with four bedrooms, three of which had king-size beds. The communication prior to check-in was excellent, and we were provided all the information we needed upon arrival. They even provided a vase of fresh flowers, bottle of Moscato wine, Giradelli chocolates, and Fiji water bottles for our visit. There were plenty of supplies such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet, paper, laundry, pods, and more. We didn’t really want for anything. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware, plates, glasses, and lots of utensils. The hosts even put fall decorations in the cottage. They provided quality kayaks, life vests, floating mats, and a lily pad. They really thought of everything. A very quiet cove with amazing views from the two tiered deck. Be sure to bring hood water shows as the shoreline is rocky and sharp in some places. Most of the lake is that way to help with erosion I would guess. Our tender footed dog struggled a bit. A short drive to hiking trails. It could take 30-45 minutes to reach the larger towns such as Rogers, Bentonville, and Eureka Springs. The curvy roads add the time but are beautiful in the fall. This place is a must visit, you will be hard pressed to find another VRBO in the area that is as comfortable, peaceful, and well taken care of. ❤️🤩😎

This location is one of the best lake houses we have stayed in. Beautiful lake house with the most amazing lake view. Easy access to the lake. The house is very well furnished and very clean. Owners were very responsive to all communication. Our plan is to book again next year in Oct.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Clearview Cottage and Bill and Jen are fantastic responsive hosts. We were on the deck or at the lakeshore all the time. And the living room with the big windows was perfect on one rainy morning. The cottage has everything you need and more. The kayaks and camp chairs were wonderful and helpful. Be aware it is a windy road to get there but your destination is worth it! We will definitely be back!!!

From the moment you walk in the front door you are greeted with a panoramic view of Beaver Lake with the floor to ceiling windows! The home furnishings are beautiful and you feel right at home. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The beds are comfortable also. There is lovely patio furniture to enjoy the magnificent views. You will not be disappointed in this lovely cottage!!

This house was absolutely amazing! My kids and I truly enjoyed all it had to offer. The pictures don’t do this place justice, you have to see it to experience the panoramic view of beautiful Beaver Lake ! Thank you so much! Would definitely come back again !
