Just a mile from downtown Brevard. The property was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Definitely would stay again. If there was a King size bed, we couldn't find it.

The house has all we needed for the perfect weekend getaway. Very clean and within a couple of minutes from downtown.

The older home had been renovated recently and was beautiful inside. There is a master bath with a great shower. The kitchen was well done and very classy. There are three bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable allowing a great nights sleep. The living room is nice and comfortable as well. The only negative aspect about the property is it is next to a high school. Noise was not a problem but traffic on a very narrow street was a bit of a pain and backing out of the driveway wasn't real easy. Overall, both my wife and I thought it was excellent and would recommend.

Loved our stay at Knotty and Nice. Great location for loads of cycling and the garage (slash) bike shop was very helpful. Rooms and kitchen are very nice and the owners are easy to communicate with.

My husband and his friend stayed at this great property for a quick biking trip and it was absolutely perfect for them. They had everything they needed while they were there and it was in the perfect location for the biking trails they wanted to ride.
Communication was excellent with the owner and check-in was seamless.
We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

This house is in such a great location, close to downtown. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled which was great. Would stay again for sure.

We had an absolute beautiful stay here. This is the greatest home. It’s has everything you need. Great location. Beautiful view of mountain from front windows. I will rent again when in town.

My husband and I spent two nights here. Well equipped and comfortable. Hosts answered queries quickly. Plan to return in September.

Excellent location for us. Nice and quiet, which was surprising since we were right beside the high school. Would definitely recommend it and would stay there again if i decide to vacation in the area again. Owners responded quickly to inquiries.

The home is clean and comfortable. It is close to downtown (one of our group walked to a coffee shop a couple of mornings.) The hosts provided coffee, tea, welcome snacks, and a great guest book with instructions to operate devices and appliances. There is a TV in the living area (not seen in photos). Hosts were very responsive. We would definitely return!
